Domino's Pizza, Harrisburg PA

This domino store on devonshire Rd is amazing. The staff, the food, the service, everything is great. The tracker is accurate. My family favorite place in harrisburg. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I ordered a steak sub with onions and I just got bread with two pieces of dried steak (more like leather). I went back to the store to have the order fixed and they were not very good with customer service, although they did remake it I will not be coming back here. $7.49 is not worth what I got, not even the second time when they remade it.

The most disrespectful owners son I've ever dealt with. My wife ordered food, after it came the steak sub was burnt black. So we called and he was rude to her on the phone, after arguing with my wife he said they would make a fresh sub and it would be delivered. So we waited and after 40 minutes went by my wife called back to see where the sub was, the owners son put another person on the phone to tell her that if I wanted my sub to come get it. Just awful management!

Pizza was over cooked, also other food wasnt made right.had to wait for another to be made.not happy: (

Im actually a little upset. Today was my first day ordering from this location. I had gotten two pizzas and some "hot" wings. One pizza was regular cheese pan pizza and the other was suppose to be extra cheese and pepperoni. My hot wings literally barely had any sauce whatsoever.my chicken wings werent even covered all the way and the pizza had no extra cheese whatsoever! And u had to pay extra for extra cheese i think. I normally love dominos but this location and visit no one was on their A game.which i could tell they were busy today but still woulda been nice to get what i asked for. I didnt even get a receipt to do a survey.: (

It took 50 minutes to get a pizza I ordered, 40 minutes after I got a notification that my order was on its way to be delivered. The location is less than half a mile from my work place so I found this to be rather except able. The order was placed at 4: 30 on a Wednesday so I doubt they had enough business to back them up that far, but I'm very frustrated and my pizza was cold. Never ordering there again.

It's okay. I believe the pizza sizes are too small but they charge full price. Medium looks like small and large looks like medium. Compare that with Costco's combination pizza is $9.95, it really large pizza; like we use to get.

I drive trucks for a living. And I travel to a lot of different places. I’m a huge dominos customer and I must say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Food is sloppy and I repeated my order to the guy on the phone three times and my order is still wrong! I even had him repeat it back and guess what still didn’t get what I ordered! I’m really disappointed and won’t ever be ordering from this place again!

Went well but they would not let me use there rest room. Spent 24 and not able to use. I live about an hour away and an 67 years old.

Really fast delivery. I've ordered a pizza in the morning for later, 12: 30PM, and the delivery guy was there exactly at 12: 30

Pizzas are cheaply made! I was lucky to get one piece of chicken and mushroom on each slice. I now understand why this Domino's store has 3 stars review! Hopefully they read all the complaints and comments and improve their store!

Ordered online for delivery which said 15 to 20 minutes here it is an hour later and still no delivery (I live maybe 5 minutes from the store). I had hopes for an early quick dinner but I guess they had other plans.

I can’t beleive I actually writing a review on a dominos but this store is BS! Multiple occasions of the pizza having a VERY disappointing number of ordered toppings and just about 20 min ago ate a pizza at room temperature JUST delivered from the store because it sat so long. Will now be ordering else where.

My visit 6/3/18 was excellent! They greeted me when I entered, made sure I was aware my pizza would be ready shortly and they were extremely polite and friendly. This is my favorite pizza place to order from by far.

Sylvia was excellent and gave great customer service. She deserves a raise. Also good quality food.

This company just lost my business. I ordered two pizzas at 9: 20pm and didn’t get them till 10: 41pm. I called and ask where my food was the guy said it will be there shorty 30 mins later I got my food and now it’s barely warm. I ordered one of my pizzas a pan and it’s not even a pan pizza and these pizzas don’t even look like mediums.and then the driver didn’t even apologize for my food not getting till an hour & 20 mins later.back to Pizza Hut.

Even after the "remodel" nothing changed. This place needs new staff and a better owner. Sorry to any of you that plan to order from this location.

I say 4 stars, because sometimes the delivery driver doesn’t know where they’re going and one time took them an hour to bring me my food EVEN AFTER the app told me my food was on its way. Not an hour after placing the order.

Horrible experience; I ordered a pizza having no meat in it and they delivered me a pizza which was burnt from side plus having meat on it and this was after me repeating my order three times.
Never order or go and eat at this dominos.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! They advertise a $7.99 any pizza carry out special. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery & was quoted $44.00. I asked if I picked the pizza up if it would be less. I was told I would save about $7 if I picked them up. The pizza wasn’t very good & they completely screwed me on the price! I ended up spending $50 for lousy pizza that should’ve cost me $25! NEVER GO HERE FOR YOUR PIZZA! Pizza Hut has WAY better pizza & much better deals!
