25Received an incorrect order and didn't notice until I was home. I drove back and they replaced it with the correct order. I was given a credit for a free large pizza for my trouble but I had to ask for it.
So far, this dominos has never messed up an order. Only thing that would make it better is if they delivered.
Terrible customer service. Firstly told that delivery would be 11/2 hours. We called back and requested pick up. I was told to hurry up and order, then told that they couldn't hear or understand me, I told them not to be rude and I was told they were busy! We have always ordered from Dominos well never again.
Pizza burnt to a crisp, which was ironically cold by the time it got here. Will never order from here again
I used to order here all the time it used to be good! I ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon twist it tells you when they leave! 30 minutes later I get 1 burnt pizza and one cold pizza never again!
