The low down payment they give you online is a ploy to get you onsite. I was approved for a $485 down payment. Then I pick out the vehicle I'm interested in. They came back with $5000+ money down. Dont waste your time with this place.

Beware! Beware! I went to drive and got a 2016 Ford Fusion, 3 months after, I went to a actually Ford dealership, and bought a 2017 Ford Escape for my wife, with 7,000 miles on it, the sales guy was so informative about don’t go to second hand dealerships (Drivetime and Carvana) so weeks later after buying the Ford Escape, I decided to trade the Ford Fusion in, and get a 2017 Ford Escape eco-boost with no miles on it, so they called Bridgecrest (Finance company) for Drivetime, the pay off amount was $20,000, the sales man was stunned, he said the have to be charging you a high interest rate, because that car is not worth that much, come to find out, there charging 20% interest rate, modern day loan shark, the legal amount the can charge on interest rate is 21%, the sales man said the Ford Dealership wouldn’t take that car because it’s in negative equity, I called Bridgecrest, and was like, I don’t want this car, y’all can keep the money, I spent on it, just take it back, they told me that can’t do that, but I can drop it off at Drivetime, but it would be on my Record as a voluntary repossession, like what?

Beware! Beware! The financial company they use Bridgecrest is horrible! During the Covid crisis, i got one payment behind, now i have still made a payment, I’m just 2 weeks behind! They told me to pay extra every week to help catch it up. I did what they told me to do, they then reported to the credit bureau that I’m 30 days behind causing my credit to take a 40 point hit! I called and talked to them and i get, sorry your behind nothing we can do! Then they tell me if i would have deferred my payment i would have been ok! These people are punishing people who are hurting because of covid and when you call them, they tell you it’s your fault! I continue to make 2 payments a month, I’m just out of my cycle, and i get punished! Beware, take your business else where, read all the horrible things in the reviews.

Worked with Kiara Jones and Brett ferringer. DONT BUY from drive time my car after 4 months is falling apart and they are no help. Its way over priced and isnt worth the tine avoid at all costs! Ill never buy from here again i have to add to this. DONT BUY FROM DRIVE TIME. After 3 years my escape won't pass inspection anymore and it cannot be fixed and the loan still have another 2 y take your money and go else where

I have to be honest, while the buying experience was great, the car was NOT. Had the car for only 11 months, and it didn't pass inspection, because of parts that needed replaced. Spent $1.000 on replacing them, just to pass and was told that I wouldn't pass the next year, because the engine cradle had a hole rusted in it. Then I took it to get the alignment fixed, because it was chewing through tires every month to a month and a half, and I couldn't get that done because the bolts were frozen and couldn't be moved. On top of that they refused to help me or let me out of my contract, even though I felt like I was cheated. I feel Like they sold me a flood car, or at least a lemon. And refusing to help me didn't make me happy either. If You can avoid it, do NOT go to drivetime or carhop. They are TERRIBLE!

Adam is an excellent salesperson. He is not pushy, loud or in your face like you may expect to find at another dealership. I walked in with very little hope of getting a car and he understood my situation, and mostly, did not judge. He is a very down-to-earth person, and we could have sat there and talked for hours. He made the process seamless and I was sooooo happy to leave in my new 2013 (to me) Kia Optima. Thank you, Adam!

Recently bought a GMC Sierra from Drivetime on McKnight Road. I love the truck but I'm not happy with the service department. I financed 20 something thousand dollars with the company, only to purchase new tires because they were so wore down, change front pads and rotors, changed a valve stem sensor that broke the day after I drove off the lot, all this before I even made my first payment. Seems like all this place does is the bare minimum and does not care about the customer.

This place is horrible. Buyer beware! They'll sell you a car that will fail to work after 6 months then do NOTHING to help you. Trust me, I learned this the hard way.

Purchased a 2014 dodge ram 1500 with only 39,000 miles on it at drive time on McKnight road in Pittsburgh pa. The sales associate Anthony Brown was awesome. Such a relaxed and thorough process. Would recommend Drive time and especially Anthony Brown to anyone looking to get a fair deal and eleviate your traditional dealer headaches.

Just bought my first vehicle from DriveTime last night and they staff were amazing and so helpful. They even stayed an hour past closing just to make sure we left with a car! My only small negative thing to say was, we were not informed a head of time that the length of employment had an impact on your down payment. I spoke with representatives several times to ensure I had everything prior to coming, and once I was there, had to pay an additional $500 than originally quoted. I understood it, just wish it was explained to me before, Amanda Smart was our sales representative and she was amazing and very helpful throughout the entire process!
