I recently got a 2016 van from drive time. I made several trips and was assisted by Eric Cruse. He was very good about answering my questions and helped me through the process. When I made my choice the car needed a new battery an it was late sat nite. When I returned on mon. Eric was with another buyer. I wanted to wait and took a test drive with another salesman. Eric was still bury and and the other salesman helped to get paperwork together. In middle of the paperwork I spoke to Eric and told him I wasn't happy with the car I chose. He stopped everything and told the other salesman I wasn't happy. We looked through the the cares and I chose and test drove a 2016 van. I would tell any one to go to DriveTime for their next car. Eric was wonderful ask for him, The sales man that took over for Eric did not give his name and during the test drive never looked away from his phone. I did not know his name until I was asked to rate my time at DriveTimeb But if you go to McKnight ask for Eric Cruse he is wonderful

I went in today to look at some cars. I was working with Amanda. So far so good. I like to think that my criedit is okay but in this world its bad. I took the online pre-approval and was given a down payment. When i walked in they had a lot of vehicles for my price quoted online and what i was willing to go up to. The key here is making sure you put in your correct amount of income not what tou think. Do that and you should be fine. When i got back to purchase.i will give you guys and update on how it went. Amanda was great. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of the questions we had and provided great information for us. She made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Went in today after going to another dealer was approved at other dealer just didn't like the monthly payment but after my visit at this so called auto sales I actually went and accepted the payment and got into a brand New car at the other dealer. My experience at drive time was as follows showed up expecting to see the person that I had the appointment with but ended up not seeing this person even though he was there the whole time I was there next waited about 30 minutes to get things going as I sat there and listened to non appropriate music in the store that was playing next got with a salesmen and was previously "approved" for 495 gaurenteed down on any vehicle turns out that there was only a few vehicles to chose from that were there for a low down payment which was 695 not close to the 495 the vehicles I was interested in were $5,000+ down which was never mentioned ever in my talks with the 3 different pepole I talked to prior to my visit why 3 different pepole good question not sure myself and none of the 3 would ever answer my questions completely next I asked what they would give me for a trade in on my vehicle I was told $1,000 Lol previous dealer offered me $3,750 and that would pay off the remaining balance on the vehicle I currently own plus some extra and was next told they could not accept my vehicle till it was paid off also my vehicle is 100% cleaner that 95 % of the vehicles on their lot the salesman even made a comment I really hope u think about this before u plan on wasting your time seems like they only cater to certain pepole or their friends Definatly me so negative star rating choices instead of the ones that are offered also they will tell u one monthly price and turn around and double it glad I changed my mind before I agreed to something

Buyers beware.vehicles priced 4 to 5 thousand over nada retail.in house financing should be the second red flag. The sales pitch is you can refinance and save thousands.but what lender will allow you finance 150 percent of nada retail.beware

The service my daughter and I received from Anthony from beginning to end was excellent. I recommend Drive Time to everyone, it's definitely not your typical car dealership.

I was very skeptical when I went to this dealer to buy a car but I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I want to thank Amanda at Drivetime she was very nice and helpful during our car purchase. The process only took about 2-3 hours and was so easy and stress free. I am very happy with the car I purchased and I would definitely recommend Drivetime to anyone.

Friend got an SUV from Drive Time on McKnight and the vehicle was polished well but she has had to take it to the garage many times to get items taken care of that should have by Drive Time’s review of the vehicle. Oil change, starter failure and replacement, TMPS system failure, air leakage from all tires, air filters where not changes, windshield is damaged, windshield wipers needed to be replaced. All this occurred in the first 2 months of ownership. Guess their outsourcing to a garage for inspection works really well.

They're so overpriced it's ridiculous. They said I was approved so I went down to get a vehicle and they said I was not approved. Will never go here again. The woman who was helping me was too interested in her coworkers and twirling her hair to pay attention.

Great buying experience very friendly and helpful staff, I actually recieved two cars from this company first car was involved in total loss accident: (drive time rep called me to come in and I got a new car that same day, only downfall is my new car has bad breaks but this company is very helpful with resolving my issue will highly recommend
