22We had Curt out to design a system for an 1840 farmhouse we had purchased. The system was going to be complicated and expensive because the soil did not perc well. We later decided to move the house to a higher, dryer spot. Curt was happy to help us relocate the new septic system so that we could have a simple gravity system instead of the more expensive system. Thankfully the new location worked well for a gravity system and Curt was genuinely pleased that we didn't have to pay for the more expensive system. It's great to work with someone who honestly has the customers best interest at heart.
Is it weird to love your septic company? These guys are great, whether service or repair, the techs are prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. When you call, you get a courteous live person to talk to, and if you have a question, you will be connected to a tech to help you diagnose the problem. I highly recommend!
