Elite Dental - Harbison, Philadelphia PA

Complete waste of time. They don't respect your time. Scheduled appt.for 1: 30 pm, because I had a work meeting at 3pm. Arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time, with my paperwork already filled out and a whole hour later still waiting in the lobby to be call. Don't waist your time if are not willing to spend half day there. Go to the suburbs, definitely run on schedule. So disappointed.

The staff was very friendly, and the doctor and technicians were fantastic. Very pleasant dental experience!

I made a appointment for 1pm they called me a week later to say it was at 1: 30 anyways I get there at 1: 00 to fill out forms early didn’t get seen until 2: 20-2: 30. If you are running short on time plan to be there for 2 to 3 hours.

This place is the worst. They do not respect people tome or appointments waited 2 hours. They decided to schedule three people at the same time with one doctor. The doctor spent hour in a half with one patient leaving the others just sitting in waiting. My son was unable to be seen because I had another appointment that was scheduled three hours after my time here. My son missed a football game and didn’t even get seen. Just sad. Skip pass this place please.

My sons appointment was at 1pm he wasn't seen until close to 3pm and we didn't leave until around 4pm. All that waiting really killed my knees. It wasn't even busy. Idk.

Horrible! The only reason I’m continuing to go is because I already started my dental work, but after that I am never going to return. The ladies at the front desk are rude, when you walk in and walk up to the desk they act like they don’t see you. They don’t great you and aren’t remotely friendly at all. They just scroll on their phones, and call clients on speaker? Which is extremely unprofessional might I add. Everytime I’ve had an emergency appointment I’ve been in the waiting room for at least 2 hours sometimes three. They get an attitude when you ask them how long and they never even apologize for the wait. On two occasions I’ve had to reschedule my “emergency appointment” because I was left waiting for 2 + hours then told there are still two people ahead of me. The dentist is very nice and accommodating though. But they only have two dentist and over book everytime. I don’t recommend.

I absolutely love my dentist and everyone who works there they are so nice helpful and respect I love it there I would recommend them to anybody

It's a nice clean place the dentist ms Patel is very nice and the tech is very funny and friendly thank y'all very much for helping me

I took my daughter for a normal cleaning. The front desk and hygienist were nice. The dentist however was not. She came in the room looked at me and stated” Can you get out my chair, and go sit over in the corner? ” When I addressed her in the way she spoke to me she advised me that she spoke to all her patients that way. She also keep pressuring as to why I didn’t want my daughter to have fluoride. I advised her the first time she asked me that i didn’t want it. I will not be going back to that practice she was very rude and wanted to go back and forth.

She is the best dentist I have had. Truly cares and gives honest caring opinions. Explaines the best treatment plan. I have been thru numerous dental offices. And I finally found a dentist I can stay with

Over Hour wait, with appointment. Asked if this was a typical length of time to wait, they said yes. Front desk was friendly. Dentist was friendly. No apologies for the wait.

Have had appointments twice for my husband, 4 year old, and myself since August right after their grand opening! It's in walking distance in 15 mins, the office is always neat and festively decorated, wait time under 30 mins and the staff is very professional and I appreciate them following up on time each time to assist in my family in continue practicing excellent dental hygeine! Thanks Harbison Ave location!

Poor job cleaning my teeth. I have to wait 6 months to go somewhere else to have it done properly. I don't think I'll go back. They allowed the water to spray right up my nose, so I had trouble breathing. The tiny goggles they used to "shield " my eyes were dirty. My gums bled after my visit, I'm just disappointed smh.

Felt at home as soon as I got there. The receptionist was so friendly along with everyone else, didn't have to wait long and it warmed my heart to see they had a small room next door for the kids to do activities or go on computer until their appts, dentist and her assistant was great and so glad I came here.

The whole staff were pleasant. The office was very clean very organized. My visit was very pleasant.

My whole process was amazing and smooth thanks to everyone at Elite dental. The ladies at the front desk always keeping me updated with my appts and deliveries and always friendly and with a smile. The dentist was amazing through it all being so clear and informative on the plans of action we were going to take and made sure I understood all the steps. He made me feel like he genuinely wanted the best for me as if it were for himself. And on the way out with my brand new smile I said thank you have a good day and right before I walked out of the door the ladies up front said wait let me see that smile and they were all so happy for me, made me have the biggest smile I’ve had in years. I would recommend Elite dental to everybody. Thank you Doc and all that work there, you are the best!

Beautifully cleaned place, warm atmosphere, friendly receptionists, dental assistant and dentist! I appreciate the experience and how comfortable they made me. Happy to be a new patient and expecting nothing but the best service from Dr. Rooney and his team!

Definitely a great experience! From the greeting on the phone to schedule to entering the front door. Great staff! The Dr was super professional and polite. Gentle with my exam. I gave four stars bc th Dr/hygienist did not floss my teeth during my cleaning. But I'm definitely going back bc that was literally the only mistake and next time I'll say something as a friendly reminder. All new and super clean facility. Kids play area. Definitely a great environment for kids and adults. My teeth are pretty perfect so I never have an issue, I only go for cleaning once every one or two years. So I can not speak to anything more than the cleaning experience and the general experience with the facility. Didn't check the bathrooms but I'm sure they were super clean given the cleanliness of the rest of the place. They take walk in up to 4pm and appointments up to 5pm. I really like this place.
