Horrible filled one cavity and damaged another. Came back for an emergency walk-in, she seen what she did wrong blamed it on the structure of my teeth. Then refilled what she messed without giving me any pain medication, the worst experience in my life I was in tears. Told her how she was wrong she didn’t take no responsibility and didn’t charge my insurance to cover her tracks. She’s the worst ever now no one will touch me because of her.

Arrived to appointment on time sat and watched patients be called before us even though we had an appointment, after 45 minutes to be seen I was informed by the receptionist that there was only 1 doctor that took my insurance (she quoted the wrong carrier) then she claimed there was now 2 doctors. We were sitting because this young lady didn't notate the proper insurance information extremely unprofessional do not bring your children to this location. I didn't know I would have a 4: 30 appointment and didnt leave until they were ready to close at 6pm. If you want to spend over an hour and a half on a dental check up, rude employees, this is the place for you. If not FIND ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE. Appalling

I went to my first visit today. The place was appealing, the staff was awesome, and the dentist was excellent! I am so pleased that this is my new, dentist office. A+
