Sent here through insurance following my car hitting a deer. They had an AWD rental available hours after the accident with a snowstorm coming later that day. Very timely and conscious of my requests.

Windshield washer fluid was empty and I did not find out until I was on the road in that snowstorm (that was frustrating). When I returned the vehicle they issued me a 15% off my next rental coupon to make-up for it. They also took on the argument with my insurance company on number of days required so I did not have to!

Great overall experience!

I always rent from Enterprise cause I never had a problem they wok with you and they are always around when you need help.

I've been using this Enterprise location since August 2020. Everyone has been very helpful and all the cars I've received have been clean and ready when I arrived.

Honestly I’m pretty disgusted with how I was treated today. I got into a car accident had to wait for a ride. Showed up to the store 5 minutes late. Knocked on the door. It was locked. The guy came out with another customer and told me because I wasn’t there right at 12 they couldn’t give me a car. Had to sit outside in the freezing cold to re wait for another ride with my autistic 8 year old freezing his butt off. I will never rent with enterprise again.

Enterprise has always been the best place but this time I had a problem. The windshield wipers are bad OMG it was crazy trying to see, the customer service was great about it and understanding. Thank you Lisa it's ok I will still rent from your company I just hope they check everything before a person takes the car. You always have me good cars. I was taking a trip and couldn't see a thing in the snow coming back had to pull over before I had a accident because I came close but the company was understanding and said sorry

Made a reservation on line based on hours of operation posted. Called the day of reservation to confirm and got no answer. I showed up and it was locked and closed even though posted hours on website and on door said they were open. There was a man there working who explained he was just moving cars. Then, Even though covid-19 changes started 1 year ago he explained no one had ever updated new hours. I Wasn't able to pick up a car I reserved and not able to get another car on short notice. I would recommend going to a place that at least has accurate hours of operation posted, not Enterprise.

Michael explained everything very thorough, he made the whole process very easy for me to understand. The atmosphere was very calm and comfortable, overall, Michael and the manager Myron both were super patient and answered any questions I had, answering them in a way where anyone can understand! 10/10 great store! Highly recommend, ended up driving off the lot with the perfect car, feeling safe and comfortable!

Enterprise has done an Amazing job of helping to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much! I rent from the Lehigh Street, Allentown, Pa.location and the staff is fantastic. Eric was extremely helpful when I wasn’t able to make up my mind. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Excellent customer service. Can found deals.
Purchased my current car that I love. Ariel and his manager were very effective and let it happen. If you need to purchase a car go there before heading to any dealership. Large variety of cars, personnel is highly attentive. 2 thumbs up.

Decided to go to enterprise after my boss had told me of his experience, decided to give it a shot. Spoke with Tom Lyzenga had the car i had in mind all ready for a test drive. Tom was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. This was my first car purchase ever and he really helped make the process extremely easy and satisfying. I was missing pay stubs, didn't really have great credit or down payment just an old car with issues for a trade in. He helped get me a fair price on trade in value and walked away with the car I wanted with a decent rate. Had such a great experience I came back two weeks later with my nephew for his first car purchase and he left with a vehicle same day as well. Huge thanks to enterprise and Tom for all the help, and the vehicle.i would highly recommend enterprise on lehigh Street.

Enterprise delivered the vehicle to the dealership that was taking care of my collision repair. The representative was courteous and professional. Nice clean, car. Dropped the rental off at the dealership when I picked up my car. So easy!

I walk in from the car rental side of the building to rent a truck and the agent advised me to walk down the hall to the truck rental side of the building
when i got there a customer service agent did not have a mask on and he advise me to wait outside for my attended as soon as the attended came they had me stand 6ft apart from him while the other customer service agents in the office walked around with no mask on after giving me a quote for the rental he advised me to walk out side and around the building when my car was parked on the other side of the building i never been so humiliated in my life

The worst Places to rent a car Airport Road in Allentown. Don't go there never management available, no customer service, overcharged.
No Public Relation, Plus no one can answer any questions. They need more Training.

Manager Gerald was very insensitive to my situation. Knowing my vehicle was an insurance swap out, they sent me 20 minutes away to an airport, knowing that coronavirus is more prone to be active there. I told him his employee “hemp”guaranteed us that they were going to swap out our vehicle knowing it had mechanical issues. Hemp told us that if another client came in they wouldn’t want the “camaro” because they would prefer a regular car. Basically telling us that they would lose out on money. I then have to drive 20 minutes back to the location after speaking to destiny, alerting me that she does not know why they would not switch us, but she’s going to look into it. She then comes back on the phone, and tells us that she has a “Ford pick up truck” in which probably no one else would want. I come back and I tell the manager “Gerald” the situation, and he tells me that’s the only thing they have available. WELL OF COURSE! After sending us out to a location that didn’t even know what we were talking about, he must’ve sold tons of vehicles they had available. Knowing that we had an 11 o clock reservation. I will NEVEr recommend ANYONE to rent a car with enterprise. I’m disgusted and shocked of the treatment, knowing I’m a FIRST RESPONDER. I barely have time to do anything, I work 14 to 16 hours per day, and when I have my off days, i would like to be treated with respect and knowledgeable workers.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
I rent a lot of vehicles because my family and I, like to take trips together. I have been to almost every Enterprise in the Lehigh Valley. I have had times were the experience aren’t always great (ie: not having the specific vehicle class you requested). My issue with this Enterprise on Lehigh Street isn’t that. I had left a sentimental item in one of there vehicles that I have rented from them came there next day to retrieve the item that I had left. When I got to the Enterprise on Lehigh Street the employee went and got the key came out to unlock and it was the wrong key. Went to the lock box in which I had put the keys in the night before and still no key to be found. How do you lose a key to a $30,000 vehicle? This place lost my business. That to me is very unprofessional. I waited over 2 hours for them to find this key. I will NEVER rent from here again.

It was a Sunday so they weren't open, but no big deal. The staff at their other places were very considerate and had very good rates for my friend who rented from them.

Overall, my interactions with the individual locations was very good. When I rented in Meadvill, PA. I told them that the car had a weird smell. They told me that was due to a stronger disinfectant. It smelled like a dead fish. I had occasion to go back there 20 minutes later, still complained and was told the same thing.
Prior to leaving for home, we opened the car door and the smell was worse and almost impossible to drive in (and I had a 6+ hour drive). I called the 800 number for Enterprise and was told that a car would be brought to the location that I was at and a company rep would take back the smelly car. This was at 11: 45 a.m. At 12: 50, I got a call from Brennan at the Erie Airport location who said that I had to bring the car to him, that there was no way the car could come to me. This was awful as the location was one hour away from where I was and increased my ride home by 1.5 hours. Brennan was great, as was Hector at the Allentown location. Meadvill, PA was a hot mess.

Very displeased with the service. Got a vehicle which immediately had low tire pressure. Had to take it to service stations for air in tires. Had to go back next day for another car. Never shown where controls were on dash. Was high pressured to take out additional insurance for $19.99 a day which I did not need at all according to my insurance company. A gauge ploy by Enterprise
