29Beware! Very unreliable and unfriendly rental office management. There are three people working in the office: one manager, one assistant, and one salesman. All three have different views on the return policy of the vehicle. I made an agreement online on May 26,2021, and I rented a vehicle for one week, Saturday, June 12,2021 to Saturday, June 19,2021, but my return time was after office hours. Before I picked up the vehicle, I called the main Enterprise office and asked for the return policy after office hours. They said that I would be charged $200 more for the after-hours even if I bring the vehicle on Monday during office hours. When I came to pick up the vehicle on Saturday June 12th, I asked if I could returned the vehicle on Monday during office hours, they told me yes, and I would not be charged extra. Later, I got a new email with a new agreement, and I was charged $400 instead of just $200. On Monday (06/14/2021), I called the office, and they changed the agreement to the original one, for a week and an extra day. I rushed to return the vehicle on Saturday even though I could have spent more time on my vacation. I returned the vehicle on Saturday the 19th. On Monday morning, I got a statement of the full rental charge, and they charged me $400 plus insurance instead of $200. They went back to the second agreement instead of the original agreement. They are saying that they charged me because their office was closed even though they told me that I could return the vehicle after office hours. What kind of after office hours policy is that? Why did they not follow with the first agreement? They are telling me things that are not written in the agreement and policy. I rented from Enterprise before, and I like their realistic prices and vehicles, but you need to find a more reliable office.
Too bad.the insurance company cover me 40dollars a day for rent, but your company automatically pick a car for me even without asking.which cost over 43dollars a day.plus tax I have to pay over 10 dollars a day by myself.it's like tap.
Online reservation was easy. On pick up the car was waiting out front with engine on and warmed up. Travis made things easy, quick, and effficient!
DEFINITELY take your business (if you must go to enterprise) to the warrington location.andrew was extremely helpful and nice to my gf and i when we went in.that was after having another awful experience at the willow grove location with the manager joe.cooperate employees were amazed at the amount of bs the willow location put us thru (thanks for nothing enterprise willow, late to my grandmothers funeral now)
Very disappointed, i've been renting pick-up trucks on occasion for many years.usually cost me around $200 for the weekend.last time i was charged $539.17. I asked why and was told there was a "high demand so the company can charge higher rates" so much for customer loyality and being a corporate member did nothing for me. I may rent again if I'm desperate.
Outstanding service. Very professional people. I was running late to get there. I called ahead to let them know. They had the papework and car ready for me when I got there. I was on the road within about ten minutes of getting there. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise to anyone needing to rent a car.
Good services in general, except Toll charges are added to my credit card by default. I need to prove to them it’s double charged on my ez pass account. Their ezpass pass device attached to the rental car is Not turned on, but still triggering toll charges. It’s a defective service error at their advantage.
Needed a rental for a business trip, and the experience of picking up and dropping off was so easy. I cannot recommend those place enough. I rent cars several times a quarter for work, and this Enterprise in Warrington, PA was by far the best customer experience.
We have rented a car through the Warrington Enterprise a number of times over this past year. Each time they provide quick and friendly service! We are definitely sticking with them when we need a rental car!
Great service in this location. I have dealt with Rich and Pete on multiple occasions and they have always been very accommodating each and ever time. I will def recommend them to all my friends and family.
Enterprise was helpful in fullfilling my rental needs, but i feel like a little more effort could have been put out. The insurance company approved me for a full-size vehicle rental. I was given a honda accent from enterprise. I may be a female but even I know that this is not a full sized vehicle. I was told that i would be charged $10 per day to upgrade to a ford fusion. Im just happy to say the car was at least clean, but boy did my family of 4 have a time squeezing into that Honda.
Rich and his crew are always professional and goes out of their way to make each and every customer satisfied. I definitely recommend to anyone that needs a car.

The guys who work here are great however the car I was rented was a nightmare. It wasnt inspected for over a year and didn't even have emissions sticker. But it wasn't a terrible experience.
Had reservations for a 15 passenger van at 10 am. Arrived at 1015am and there was no van, no phone call, and no solution. This was the absolute worst planning by a 'professional' company. Do not expect any sort of help when you arrive either. Awful experience.
Joe and Alyssa helped me swap rental vehicles and were absolutely amazing. They were both very thoughtful and extremely helpful. Alyssa even helped me move my equipment from one minivan to the next. Talk about going above and beyond! Great job you two!
This place is horrible. I booked my reservation for Sunday at 5pm. I told them I was on my way at 445. When I arrived around 515 they told me I was late and couldn't get a car tonight. Terrible service. They even had the nerve to say they didn't have my phone number on file to call me in advance. They were just too lazy to look and made excuses. Who allows a reservation at 5pm in the first place? ! Will not go through that Enterprise ever again.
Clueless! Car in the shop to get transmission replaced under warranty - dealership covered rental. Dealer told me to call my local Enterprise and they'd hook-it-up. Spoke to customer service rep and asked that she call the dealer to confirm. Got a call back 5 minutes later saying "her" manager told her that the dealer needed to call them. Steer (no pun intended) clear of this one and look for another car rental location.
My wife and I bought a pre-owned vehicle from the Sales Manager, Tammy Chesson. Tammy did a fantastic job in answering all of our questions, found great financing that suited our needs, and followed up with us afterwards to ensure that we were satisfied. Not only will I buy from Tammy and Enterprise again, but I will send my friends and family to do the same!
Over the memorial day weekend, I needed to find a 8 Passenger van, which is very difficult to come across. I ran into two sales people Emily and Paul/Peter both were great, found the right car that I needed. Big Chevy Suburban LT which was perfect. Staff was courteous and the pricing was good. Made me a happy camper. This place has a huge selection for bigger cars.
