Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Warrington PA

I was lured into the store after talking to reservation department. I was told my deposit would be $150.00 via phone and I explained that my rental was not related to an insurance claim. When we got to the store, they wanted to charge us a $400 deposit. Even though it was on a credit card. They gave us a mumble jumble of why it was higher. Refused and asked them to take us home since we were dropped off. Surprisingly they did that.

I just started using rental cars again this summer to save wear and tear on our aging vehicles. Enterprise is the only company I will use. Many other companies have higher rates, more hidden charges, and lack incentives. I always receive a nice car for my need, a confirmation with cost quote, and outstanding customer service. If I need a rental, it will be an Enterprise.

As always, courteous and professional. Vehicle was ready when I arrived, fast service and pleasure to deal with.

Location was not clear when discussing credit charges. They hold 400$ per vehicle which was not discussed.needless to say 800$ is being held for 1 order. Store Manager nor the Branch Manager were clear on this matter. I'd be careful from renting from this enterprise branch. (Warrington P.a)
