Well, I am since waiting from a long time here, its so incrediable That my appointment is gonna book around 6: 00pm. So i be there around 4: 00 pm here before my appointment but still i wait for a long time, like i also have my another one appointment bcz of them i be late and my next load is going to be cancel.so irresponsible industry they are Now its 12: 00Am & I’M still waiting when they unload and when i go.

This place was a horrible working experience for me. Like most places, you have good people and bad people. Es3 has it's good people to work with and it has horrible people to work with. I was lied to by the management, promised to be placed on incentive pay and moved up to a different department to work, and it never happened. They kept me as an hourly rate team member in trainee status my entire time working there, and certain members of management had the audacity to ask me to supervise and train new hires while keeping me in the trainee status. Trainers make more money on the hourly rate schedule than me. The department I was told I was going to be promoted/transferred too then had openings that were filled with outside sources. This company then hires contract temps that make a higher hourly rate than all of the regular employees on the docks, to the tune of almost twice as much money. Bottom line, the company and majority of management don't give a rat's a$$ about their employees under them and will screw you over every chance they get. Avoid this place at all costs.

There needs to be a cop issuing citations to people/truckers leaving the facility for blowing the stop sign then going 10-20mph all the way to the Strinestown 83 onramp swerving all over cause they’re screwing with their GPS.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc its easy. The people on the other hand are some of the rudest people I've had to encounter. The 2 ladies that you get the paperwork from sat and gossiped for literally 4 minutes bc asking for my pu #. The guy that checks the seal was extremely rude also.

These*$%#@! Don't plan on getting any sleep. 10pm unload. Finished at 4am. Parked in the huge lot up front and they wake me up. You have to leave by 7am. It doesn't matter if we fall asleep at our job tomorrow!

Pretty easy to learn your way around as a driver, just go straight along the path the park right of the guard shack (about 300 feet before reaching it) then cross the path and into the second building for shipping and receiving (Lily drivers)

Worst receiver Ever! Came in 1 hr early for my appointment on Friday and they changed the appointment without notifying the shipper or broker. I had to deliver on Tuesday at 0900. Came in at 0800 and they took 4 hrs to unload plus another hour to count the stuff. Avoid like the plague

I'm at 11 p.m. Appointment. Unloaded by 2: 30. Big staging area. Allowed to arrive 2 hours early. Only thing in check in his door 201. Long walk in the cold. Truck stop right on the corner. No lumper fees anymore. One way in. One Way Out

This place is 100% terrible.to dumb to know you DONT cram 42,000 lbs in the front of a trailer.been waiting for over 12 hours to fix their mistake.this place is worthless! Won't be back!

No problems that anyone else had. 0001 appt time, checked in at 2010 and the lady was really nice. Jockey put us on a dock around 2315, released at 0025 and rolled out.

This place sucks and it's absolutely no point in having an appointment bc they will get to you when they feel like it honestly this place deserves a 0 star rating

Don’t ever come here I have an appointment and they won’t unload my trailer look at the bathroom discus tinged

Worst place i have ever taken load i pick up load they put some wrong items come back they told me to wait 24 hrs when i came back it takes another 4 5 hrs to get unloaded when get unloaded they told me to move out dock and wait till they count items i refused and said i will wait my papers at the dock they call police and cops take care situation drivers please do not take loads here

Just another 1star review for big stupid corporation, no respect to drivers and carriers. Avoid if possible.

My second and last time here. Probably one of five top worst places I ever been to. Line at the entrance, line in the office, line of trucks to wait in staging area. What a shame to be so disorganized! Try to avoid!

For on this day. The wrong was placed on my trailer, so they have to remove that product and add the right one. I have been on there property for 10hrs

I have forgotten how miserable this place is at unloading, simple water load took 2 hours to unload and 3 hours and going for them to count it and put it away!

Get there at 6pm for a 7pm pickup appt, got a door almost instantly, out at about 9: 30 pm. Not terribly bad for a grocery warehouse

This place is suck if you want spend your 10 hours break your welcome I spend 8 hours to get loaded after that it was 1: 00 in the morning
