Took a total of five hours to get fully unloaded even when I was on time for my appt! Smh and you wonder why frieght/shipping cost is going up.first and last-!

So, check in 9.45 make del at 12.00 and pick up same place I was gone at 14.02.must say not bad, maby it was Saturday

Sh**hole! 6+ hours wait plus after midnight u get a old miserable grumpy bi**h at the window so u get the whole package for a wonderful experience!

If there was a half star, I would request for a quarter star rating to make sure we could stress it right. Driver arrived at 9pm, left this place at 2am. There is no cooperation between guard, transportation and shipper. You wait to be loaded once you convince the guard about your load, then you must find transportation office to get paperwork. Worst shipper and receiver ever. Please dont take loads from this place.

The guards are crazy rude. I was having trouble getting off a thick wire seal and the girl started yelling at me. When i asked her why she was yelling at me she told me she was going to report me lol. Also it took me like 2 hours to get a door 4 hours to be unloaded and another 2 hours to get my paperwork. Absolutely crazy day!

35 minutes of computer time burned just getting in the gate! 6 lane plaza but only 2 are used to check in.

One of the worst places to deliver, make sure that you have enough hours at this rotten place of a warehouse!

Worst place to delivery, I will never come back here. Over 5 hrs to unload 7 pallets. Talking about counting products, bs

Got here hour and half late for live load and finished in about hour or two, it was saturday afternoon, just got luck I guess.

Guards hate there job. Shipping clerk and yard dogs pretty cool. Can be very busy during the day. Tight spots for drop and hook. Getting unloaded can take hours. Word of advice drop your load grab empty and haul a** out of there safely. Grade D+

Stupid place to unload, sucks, I am here from 10am in the morning now is 4pm and stiil waiting for my paperwork. Don't ever come here after the ELD is in effect from 12/18/2017.

One of the worst experience I had with this company. It took them more an hour just to count two pallets. When we ask them how long will it take, lumper lady began to scream and tell us to go out and wait. ES3 LLC. FIX UR CREW MEMBERS. They need to know how to talk to drivers nicely. I also can shout but I don't want to become a dog like them.

If I cud give a minus star. It wud be -10 this company is a fukn joke. Delivery or picking up a load.been here 7 hrs to get a live pu load. Now i have to Reschedule my delivery cuz it's 6 hrs away.and can't make regular appt. If this ES3/C&S ever went out of Business. That's definitely not a loss.

Truck drivers Beware. You will be waiting forever to be unloaded and it will be an even longer wait to get your paperwork. The ppl in the office are very rude and inconsiderate to drivers. They should all be fired! 6: 30am appointment and received my paper at 6pm. The corporate office needs to be aware of these lazy employees.

Update: arrived at 3: 30pm departed at 2: 00am
if you are owner op and can avoid do not come here.ran out of hours and they tried to tell me I had to get off property.

Sat for 2 hours waiting to be unloaded, just find out we'd been unloaded a while. Zero communication between the dock and yard dogs.
