Extended Stay America Hotel Philadelphia - Horsham - Welsh Rd.

"Breakfast" consisted of stale muffins, granola bars with coffee that you can tell is made without concern or effort. I've stayed here several times for several weeks at a time, for the last 3 years and this is how it is, wasnt just a one time thing. I only stay because of the cheaply priced rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Smelly, not to clean, halls smell like marijuana, thin flat pillows, uncomfortable beds, small toys chips and dirty candy in AC vents

I enjoyed the hotel, I was in town for a family visit and the kids enjoyed themselves. There was on the go breakfast because there was a kitchen in the room. The front desk staff was very understanding when I was stuck in town because of the snow storm in the Poconos. She accepted my request for another booked night and the kids had more time to have fun.

Don't stay here for more than a day if you can. I saw cockroaches, and bed bugs while staying here. The only good thing about the this place is the staff.

While I liked the location, and it being off the main road a bit, I was disappointed. I know this place offers single night stays, and of course, extended stays. But it's filthy. My first room one weekend has hairs in the shower, and a hairs in the bed. I slept on my blanket on top of the duvet. They don't while down the front counter of the sink, or the front on the refrigerator. I accidentally got water on the floor from the shower and wipe it up with the towel, the towel had big brown stains on it from the floor being so dirty. The water here also felt slime like. As if I wasn't getting clean. The next weekend I also stayed here thinking it was just the one room and I'd be fine, plus the price was better than other places. Well upon heading to my room after check in, the whole stair case was stained with the sleep of marijuana. Even the third floor hallway had the smell. I didn't have a corner room this time.this room had a white shower rather than brown. The carpet needed vacuumed bad, there were dozens of bobby pins all over the floor. Same problem with the dirty hardwood floor and refrigerator as well as sink. Also I forgot to mention, my first room, they didn't empty the trash out of the garbage can under the sink. It had coleslaw containers with spoiled milk. I’d also like to add that we got bed bugs from this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE, we got bed bugs. We had to buy a lot of chemicals and a powerful steam generator to kill these things because my son didn’t wash his bedding when he got home, or maybe it was from our suit cases. Do not stay.

The color scheme isn't very relaxing it's more depressing the brown and green looks very swamp man slash old man grand pa feel but.it's cheap whay do u expect from a basic hotel oh and the comforter is not plush it's hard it's not comfortable the room a smelled like an old man just left.ugh do better when I'm paying

Decent room for the price. Complementary breakfast was a joke because they only provided coffee and quick oats. Room was spacious, bathroom was pretty big too. I wish the quality of the toilet paper was better.

A good no frills, clean place to sleep, shower, and move on. Too far removed from Philly areas most likely to visit.

The hotel was great for a night. The full kitchenette was a plus but the refrigerator did not get as cold as I would like. Bed was comfortable and I didn’t have any problems with the room. They only had one staff member on the front desk so we waited a little long for checkout but once she arrived everything went smoothly.

I had a difficult time with my booking online and with no hesitation they were a great help. Susan at the front desk was terrific

The hotel is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And, it's a great value.

It was a nice place, but I had no soap, or toilet paper other than that everything was nice yes I would stay there again

Convenient hotel room with refrigerator and stove but poor room preparation. No toilet paper and trash can was not emptied.

At this hotel you get what you pay for. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke, you have to beg to get utensils and for the grab and go breakfast, they will tell you to your face that they have run out of muffins and so you are forced to eat granola bars for breakfast. Some of the staff are so rude it is beyond imagination. If you have to stay at extended stay try the Dresher road address.
