Was super easy to search and reserve a unit online. I was given the gate code and directions to my unit, which was ready to go with a lock inside. Management were very helpful at checking in to make sure my access and orientation to the site went smoothly. Thanks!

Facility is very clean and easily accessible. Opening the account, finding the appropriate sized space and executing the necessary paperwork was an incredibly smooth process. The store manager, Joe, was very helpful throughout.

My experience was great! They helped me with moving in, they gave me a lock when I didn’t have one. I go to school in west chester and they were very accommodating to my needs. If you choose to have a storage unit with them, that would be a great choice!

Great and fast service! I was moving from FL and made it just in time. I was given a tour of the facility, saw my unit and signed all the paperwork in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

I had to rent a spot at this location for my work truck, because of rules with my hoa
that does not allow lettered vehicles parking on site. Had a spot here for about 2 years. Great secure location and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Extremely positive experience; the rate I got for my locker was very competitive and the locker itself was very clean and looked virtually new; overall the property looks very well maintained. Jim B.was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions, and the leasing process was quick. Definitely worth your time to check out if you are considering renting a unit!

This a great place. Our need was temporary due to a move. Jim (the Manager) was not only prompt and courteous in his reply to our request for infoormation, but also took the time to ask about our need for the space to provide us with the best options for savings. This was much appreciated when watching all of our dollars in selling and buying a house.

Jim at Extra Storage this morning for a unit, he was very helpful and got me extracting what I needed. He accommodated me being stressed with moving. I needed extra storage after using the Pod system. They were not as helpful with sizing.

The assistant manager James Bastian was amazing. Very knowledgeable, respectful of my needs,
and most kind. All details of my rental were explained to me in great detail. I found the price point to be very good.
