Excellent experience - very easy to reserve 14 days in advance, arrived day of move and paperwork process was efficient, staff very knowledgeable and professional. Unit and overall facility were extremely clean and bright. This is our first experience here, renting for college belongings over summer, plan to repeat for future years. One thing to know - prices on line are not inclusive of all required charges: $24 one-time application charge; need to purchase your own padlock or cylinder lock (which was about $16 when bought through them) ; insurance required at minimum $2,000 coverage for $11/month. Not unreasonable but not completely spelled out on line.
Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was able to show us all our options available to us and provide us with the best possible price.
Joe was extremely helpful when I first came to Extra Space Storage. They called me once when they were doing a lock check to tell me that I had left my lock unlocked and I was very thankful for that! Top notch professionals from beginning to end. I will certainly use their facility again should the need arise and I highly recommend them!
