Always status updating to a delivery exception. 2 weeks rescheduled delivery? 10 lb non flammable basic package. Signature required. I am home. Unable to schedule a pickup at this hub. Customer service number is s joke. I know the contractor who has the route I live on. They will hire anyone there, as long as they do not have a murder conviction.

I changed my review based on the people that actually work at this center. THEY are extremely helpful. It is the people in India that FEDEX staffs the 1800 number with that are useless. That's why one star off, because they hire those people for cheap and then handcuff them with what they can do. But the men and women at this facility are very helpful once you get through to them.

I have no idea why my driver left my package at the bottom of my steps on the sidewalk. He couldn't carry it up the steps to my porch like 10 steps it was less than 20lbs. Talk about lazy.

I have a package that requires a signature to which I keep getting the "Deliver Exception - Delivery Attempted but nobody home at address". I can say for a fact that there was 0 attempt to deliver and that we have had someone at the house waiting for the package each time. No door tag. STOP WASTING MY TIME, FEDEX! Used to be such a reliable company to ship with but those days are over.

This is my third 1 star review active out of "182 reviews and 62 ratings. "

Note: Almost all 5 star reviews appear to be people that work there. At least they are letting us know about their conflict of interest.

Extremely unethical to the point I now refuse to do business with anyone using them as a shipping service which may come from this area. They constantly don't deliver on time, including FOOD ITEMS which spoil, and come up with "locale restrictions. " They claim they delivered when I don't see it anywhere, then it shows up 2 hours later WITHOUT letting me know it's now arrived into the evening.

Has location has decimated my opinion of FedEx as well as Kinkos. More likely than not never using them again for any reason in my lifetime.

I have a package that FedEx says was delivered. It was not. They are telling me it is not their fault. They were to check on the package and ask the driver where they dropped it. They were to call me back within 2 hours. When I called them back to inquire again because I got no return call, the rep told me it wasn't their fault the package got dropped off at a wrong address and blamed the shipper (street address was correct but it was missing the house number and instead of clarifying they apparently decided to just drop it at a random house on the street because that makes sense and is what a responsible business would do.). Told them I want to speak with a supervisor. He continued to argue with me over the phone for 5 more minutes until I again asked for a supervisor. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes and finally came back on the line to inform me now that an investigation is still being done and they will call me in the morning. Still have no idea where my package actually went. Absolutely ridiculous. I hate FedEx.

I had a package that was out for delivery. I work the night shift. So I worked my shift and stayed up the entire day waiting on the delivery. At 5pm (21hrs of no sleep) still no show. I had been refreshing the info on the site. I called customer service. Their call center is overseas actually. The first time I called it took 20 minutes to reach a supervisor. Then? The call dropped. I then had to call back. Wait another 20 mins. It's now 5: 38. I hit refresh and the notice on the site changed to "Delivery was attempted at 5: 09". This was a lie. I was home the entire day. I was ON THE PHONE with customer service when the driver changed the status. Angry now that I'm going on 22 hours of no sleep when I made it back to the supervisor I was told by "Ronnie" "Sir, it is now too late to have him turn around and we cannot contact the distribution center at this time.

Beyond livid that my day is now ruined and according to the note on the site they would make another "attempt" tomorrow I told the supervisor that this is unacceptable. I demand to speak to someone in the distribution center. He refused. I then told him I will now DRIVE an HOUR AND A HALF EACH WAY to speak with someone at the distribution center about this driver and him. They didn't close until 8pm.

I arrived at the distribution center at 713pm. I picked up their intercom and briefly explained to the QA person why I was there. I wanted someone to come down to this window and explain to me why this driver lied and just did not do his job.

A woman named Kristie showed up with my package in hand. I explained all of this too her. She was the ONLY one in this entire story that was helpful. She took notes and informed me that she would speak to the driver's boss immediately. She stated he probably thought he wouldn't get caught and wanted to just skip my delivery.

I truly hope my story reaches the right people in the Zelienople distribution center. Their drivers are lazy liars that need at the very least reprimanded for not doing their jobs. Fired at the most.

I avoid using FedEx like the plague when I can. This has simply reinforced my beliefs.

Said they attempted delivery but I took off work to sit at my door waiting for my package and they never even passed by my house! Now they said reatempt delivery on Monday and its Friday now? ! Never again I'm fed up with fedex!

Losing packages left and right. And also they do not care and don’t compensate for their mistakes. And also, customer service is all about yanking your chain, they didn’t admit they lost my package for 5 days, then they finally said yes ur package is lost. Never again with fedex

I was waiting the package for morning on Saturday, the driver did not even appear, then the shipping status changed to “customer not at home, will re-attempt on Tuesday” which is three days later! I called the customer service immediately, well, they can not do anything, but file a complaint.

Fedex lost or stole our packages. They claim it was delivered however we have cameras around our house that never shows a package being delivered either to our front or back door by a fedex employee. If you value your customers and your quality of service DO NOT use fedex!

When delivery requires signature. They won't work with you. No useful method to reschedule delivery to when you're home. Told them to send it back because they suck their cant even get that right

Just like all the other reviewers, ordered a package in late Nov. Package sits at center for a few days, I’m then reading that 3 attempts were made to deliver the package but no one ever came during those 3 days, no notes were left, no dog barked at the door while waiting for said delivery. I call to reschedule a delivery and again no one showed up. It’s been almost a month and still no package. I’ll go out my way to never use them again. The worst

My package has been marked out for delivery since the Nov. 27 and is now the dec 2nd. From looking at the reviews this happens quit often. FedEx needs to look into this place and see what causing the problem.

I dread every time one of my packages comes through this distribution center. Almost every single time my package gets marked "delivered" when no delivery ever takes place. I then have to launch an investigation and drive 40 minutes to pick my package up and wait another 40 minutes for them to track it down. I am then told an attempt was made to deliver. Why was it marked as delivered then? I honestly think the driver gets fed up and marks packages as delivered and heads back.

Always quick, friendly and helpful at the customer center. I often have packages shipped here and pick them up early rather than wait for their delivery service. Their drivers however are the best in the business.

Customer service is below dirt level. Have placed 4 calls to Zelienople office, Moon Twp, and Nashville offices and have been on hold over 45 minutes total time and NO ONE EVER CAME ON THE LINE. Disgusting! Delivery left at end of driveway, we live in the woods, lots of animals around and guess what happened; box ripped open, dog food bag ripped open. Thankfully, company replaced dog fooed, but wait, the second delivery left in same place. Will never ever use Fedex.

Took a day off work to sign for a package. Get an email as I am staring at my front door that driver attempted to deliver and nobody was home to sign. Hmmmm how does that work? Probably never get my package and will file with BBB
