24They never dropped my package off. They CLAIM they did but never knocked on my door or left a paper on my door like they were suppose to. SO DISSAPPOINTED HAD ME WAITING FOR 3 WHOLE WEEKS FOR MY PACKAGE SMH. Kept track of my package and they lied the whole time. But overall the customer service over the phone helped me out alot and ASAP. Had to drive 1 hour away to pick up my package. I also blame the company jimmy jazz as well
A newer facility with decent staff but it's a long way back of the nearest main road at the back of the industrial complex. Road going back to the gate was in terrible shape and very slippery even though it hadn't recently snowed.
If you live in Pittsburgh or the surrounding areas, you know Fedex is the worst. I have had them make deliveries to the wrong address and then tracking shows delivery exceptions, no one home, when video evidence shows they never came to the house. I have no idea why they are so bad around here, friends in other states say they are great.
Worst delivery service. I always got my deliveries from a Pittsburgh Fed Ex Distribution center which has been fine, until recently I have been getting my packages from this Zelienople center. They ring the doorbell and run away within seconds leaving a note with absolutely NO writing on it for who the package is for and there are 4 apartments in my building. Did this three days in a row, I was home to hear the doorbell and rushed downstairs all three days. No truck in sight. Finally on the last notice (which I wasnt home for) they actually wrote on the note. Now I have a package that was supposed to be delivered today. I made sure I would be home. Tracking shows it arrived at the Zelienople center (which is now my "local" center) at 4am and they pushed the delivery date to tomorrow. I have work the next few days and wont be home. Tried calling the number and of course its not the local number.had to deal with talking to a representative who told me the center opened at 9am and to call back later.
I dont have a car to drive all the way there so my $150 package is probably going to sit there unless they can somehow get it on a truck today.
