FedEx Ship Center, Philadelphia PA

My order was suppose to arrive on Saturday, then it said delayed until Sunday cool no problem, Sunday here and still no packages. I checked my emails again and said arriving on Monday the 22nd now. It's Monday I check my tracking and it said arrived at Philadelphia FedEx 7: 25am, on the truck at 7: 36am so I go downstairs to open my front door. Hours went by so I checked tracking again said delivered at 12 something noonish remind yall my door been open since 7 something that morning. I instantly called Walmart and they contacting FedEx telling them someone will call me back. It's been 2 days now and no one never got back with me. Either the driver kept my stuff or dropped it off at someone else house. Thank God Walmart was understanding and resend my things within 2 hours. FedEx check your workers please

The weekend staff at this complex are either understaffed or don’t care about their job. We were assured by 4 separate customer service representatives that we could receive our package from this facility yet were denied the package repeatedly. We have received confirmation that our package is at this facility both by email confirmation and a FedEx representative. The employees claim that FedEx customer service is lying to us and even though the package is at the facility they cannot give it to us? Confusing and unprofessional.

Easily the worst fedex location I've ever been to. The employee I dealt with was Randolph Brown and he was easily the worst fedex employee I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

He took at least 30 minutes to get my package set up for mailing after getting my email address, shipping address and recipient address wrong at least three different times AFTER making me fill it all out on a sheet of paper. I asked him if it would help if I just told him everything and he was adamant that I had to write it down.

He is clearly on a power trip and unhappy with his job and needs to be fired.

It's unbelievable how the driver was supposed to deliver my package to me and he delivered to another address and on the label my information is clear I had called FedEx and there answer was that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours

Easy access from I-76 and south side of philly. Customer service line moves quickly and the counter personnel are excellent.

Driver claims that no one was availabke during delivery, although I was present downstairs during this "missed attempt" no tag left at door either. Will never again order any product that delivers with fedex after this package.

They could at least try to have more than 1 person working in the front. Always the slowest service ever.

Never enough agents available in the morning. The available agent does what she can at an acceptable speed but still needs help.

The door man left a door tag and they said the the tag is not linked to anything so total waste of time.

Worst delivery service I have EVER dealt with. Package sits since 5am at this location to be delivered to my house 25 miles away. Talk to the representative at 2pm, get told it will be delivered by 6. After 6, call back to find out I was LIED TO BY THE PREVIOUS REPRESENTATIVE AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED BY 8! 15 HOURS TO SEND A PACKAGE 25 MILES IS RIDICULOUS, AND THEY JUST TELL YOU TO DEAL WITH IT.

CHOOSE UPS GROUND INSTEAD OF THESE INCOMPETENT LAZY LIARS

Haven’t heard the best about this place but luckily I was able to run in and out, dropping off a package with no issues. Praying it makes it to its destination safely

Lousy service and they lie about delivering packages. They also steal packages and tell you they delivered them. I hate FedEx

Horrible branch. An express delivery was held at this location for 3 days past its due, while I sat 20 minutes away with no way of getting it or no updates.

Fedex will not deliver to your residence if its a Condominium that requires even a little effort to get inside. Sometimes they dont even call or ring to let you know they are outside. If you goggle their nearest location, chances are the number to call is a 1-800 not the physical building you want to reach to find out if/when your package will be there. In short, FedEx sucks.

Fast service for business use. Pain in the next to get to with all the traffic. No s unday hours.

Convenient hours, large parking lot. They make it easy when you need to pick up or ship out packages.

Not exactly convenient but it's there, and at least they stay open until the actual listed closing time.

The hours are wrong on the website, it says Sunday hours are 9-1, but in fact it's closed on Sunday.

I have come to this location several times for pickup and dropoffs of packages. I have to say that every time the customer service person was courteous and efficient. No matter how busy they are they never seem to change.

Lies about attempting delivery, I was home and have delivery instructions setup. Called their support desk who promised me a delivery later that day.nope lied about that too. Lazy people, will be complaining to shipper about my overnight delivery that is now going to be more than 5 days without receiving it. Hopefully they lose business, the problem of oligopolies.
