23Ugh, yet another instance of FedEx drivers LYING about attempting to deliver, because the "business is closed". I work from home, email says delivery exception was at 12: 06PM. Well I was here, I'm always here, I know I was just sitting at my computer then. Oh, and I have a security camera over my front door, I have proof that no-one came before or after that time. No door tag left. Somehow at 1: 26PM status shows that the package is back at the station? What, the driver raced back? LIES.all the way around. I paid to have it delivered. What a disgrace. Do your f***ing JOBS!
Pretty far out of the way for a place you're forced to go to when there is a delivery mistake but at least they're quick to serve you, and the they did their best to correct the problem. They must deal with a lot of dissatisfied customers though because the woman seemed to be on the defensive before I even said hello.
Dont use Fedex they have the worst customer service they take the first place from UPS in worst customer service.
Whenever you call they tell you that they have no contact or control with the drivers.their drivers dont wear their uniform.
I had two packages delivered at the same time one by fedex express and other by regular mail, my apartment manger took the one the driver called me for it, the other driver didn't even bother to call or leave the package like the other driver did
