Firestone is the worst. They want to keep your car 8 hours for a oil change after waiting a week to get an appointment. Go to Jiffy Lube in and out in 15 minutes. Nice polite and professional.

Needed air compressor for car they wanted 749.00 for the job total rip off. Also if you need work done do not come here. You will be bringing your car back several times. Very lazy to responding to mishaps, goods news there very quick on responding to your payment.

I was thinking of getting my firestone tires changed here but reading the reviews it looks like there's plenty of scam artists here that will "change" your tire and not actually do anything but just charge you money and wait for you to get a flat again so they can "change" your tire again!

Brought my 2nd vehicle into the shop for an oil change everything went well only issue was the tech not paying attention and wrote an incorrect number on paperwork of my mileage. I was trying to submit a survey but it already expired.

Took a car here a couple months ago for an oil change. Dropped it off and was told it would be ready in 2 hours, came back 2.5 hours later and the car hadn't been moved. Was told that it would be done in the next half-hour. I told them nevermind, just return my car and I'd get it done elsewhere. The desk guy goes back into the shop and talks to people while staring through the glass at me, comes back 10 minutes later and says they had pulled it in and had already drained the oil and had to finish. I know my car wasn't in the bay when he went back to talk to them and that they pulled it in rather than honor my request for my keys. I would never go to this place again.

The staff was courteous & knowledgeable. They were able to give me clear definitive answers to all my concerns about the work & warranty info. The only negative is the wait time to get a diagnosis & the work completed. I would return

I would never go back there. I had my car there for an oil change & they were trying to do a tire change.

Went in for a flat on my truck tire, got there at 7.25am and walked out at 10.30, took entirely too long for a plug

I was lied to and overcharged for my repairs. My family and I have been going here for years, and I have not had any problems until now. I will not be returning to this location, and I suggest you do the same.

I could give a -1 review, they would get it. Had an after market spare in my car because my car did not come with a spare, Firestone wouldn't change because it is against their policy, whatever that means, which I assumes you buy from us or we won't assist. However Mavis which is up the street was happy to assist.

Made an appointment to have my tire replaced, thinking that would ensure speedy service. I arrived 15 minutes prior to 10: 00 a.m. Appointment only to be told it would 2 to 3 hours before my vehicle would be serviced. Why give me a 10: 00 am appointment only to be told I wont be seen till 2: 00 PM. I will never use Firestone on City Ave again! Mavis right down the street took my car immediately and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes

Sent my car in for a complete vehicle inspection (complete means complete). Receive a call that the car passed all tests and was driving fine. I then get a second call that the engine seized from no oil. How does that work when you just said the car passed all tests? Now my car is dead, never coming to this location or any others for that matter

Horrible, refused wheel alignment because of previous mess up of their own fault in line of work. Workers have no customer care because they're are overwhelmed with work. Someone's needs to open right next to this place and put them out of business.

I came into this location to get my car inspected and they told my car had "major steering" issues and it will cost me over $1200 to fix the issues and pass inspection. So i declined the repair and took my car to the dealership for a second opinion. The dealership told me that I only needed to tighten some bolts which they did and they inspected my car and it passed. I will never go to this Firestone location again.

Extremely busy location but keeps things moving along smoothly and will be straight forward and manage expectations well

They do great work at affordable prices. Always an unrealistic wait. Brought my car in for a state inspection for a 7 am appointment. By 7: 30, I was asking why my car hadn't been brought in the shop yet. A bit after 7: 50, a shop employee came out to tell me their state inspection machine is down and that is why my car hadn't been brought in. They don't seem to understand why I'm upset by lack of communication because they're still in the "2 hour window. "

Frustrating initially dealing with the female rep in the front. But.they had the tire in stock and the gentleman in the back installed it quick so all is well.

Deal going on for cost of state/emissions inspection for both my cars. Paid about 50.00 per car. Long waits even with appt scheduled, not enough chairs, and they quoted me like 250 for 1 new tire in order to pass inspection stating it was the only tire they had in stock. I went elsewhere for the tire and brought the car back within 2 wks in order to get my sticker without having to repay. As is customary. Overall would return.

The sales woman was very nice n polite.my issue however was that they had my car for 7 hours just to rotate the tires.
