Horrible experience they are a rip off will give you bottom dollar for your trade in will not work with you at all. All they want is to try to put you in a new vehicle I will never go back here again

Bob Lauer was incredibly helpful and made the experience so personal. I enjoyed my conversation with him while we waited for paperwork to process, etc. I would recommend him to anyone. The financial lady in the back (I believe her name is Jocelyn) was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful too! She answered any and all questions I had. I know that if I have any other future questions, I can call either of them back and get the help I need.

The service Department at Ford Monroeville is Very Un professional and has no Integrity. I was there today as my business is considered Essential and had an appointment for Oil Change on the Service van scheduled week ago. Arrived @9.02am and the service personal took all the info and parked the van behind the building. Not informing me that I was on a Waite list. About 9.49am when I asked him about update on the van. He very un professionally told me OH you are on a Waite list. Which in fact was not disclosed to me at the point I arrived. I requested him to please get the van back to me as I had an emergency call and he was very rude.
One Piece of Advise. After Sales Service at Ford of Monroeville is Horrific. I am going to let other HVAC companies aware of this experience.

Was able to get my car in the same day for a battery replacement. It was done in a timely manner, staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of high pressure sales techniques. The forced waiting technique, “ let me talk to my manager”. The fast talking, throw numbers around, pushy salesman. After the deal was accepted, spent literally hours waiting to get into finance to complete paperwork after the high pressure, hurry up and make a decision, sales pitch. No real incentive to keep the customer happy after the sale. Just “be patient”. “10 more minutes” from everyone including the general manager, which turned into two more hours of waiting. Not a pleasant buying experience. Got the vehicle I wanted but had to “pull teeth” to get the right deal. Then not so great after the sale.

Went in close to Christmas for an oil change and to remove a nail from a tire, they were busy but made time for me and got it done within the hour. Staff were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

I had taken my 2016 Ford Focus to this dealership on the first of December for a oil pressure light. After weeks of not being able to get ahold of them. I had gotten my car back had it for 3 days and then had to have it towed back in. I got a call 3 days later telling me my engine is bad and that they wanted to diagnose it. After weeks with not being able to get ahold of anyone in service or if you do they hang up on you. I got ahold of them and they told me they have no idea what I am talking about so I got my car towed back to my house today. Then as I’m looking it over I see a letter and I notice my exhaust in my truck bolts in plastic bowl and a ratchet left wedged In my engine bay some plastic hoses broke and a heat shield crinkled up. I am not happy with the experience I have had with this dealership you can’t get ahold of anyone and they will promise to call you back and never do.

I had a great sales lady Amy! She was honest and not pushy what so ever, but when I purchased the truck it had a damaged mirror (been waiting for it to fall off). It has been over a month for them to order it/ get my mirror fixed. Its a basic mirror not heated or courtesy light. I called 2 weeks after taking it in and recieved no update. I was told no news is bad news. Also my Ford certified pre owned trucks tires will need to replaced next year not sure how that slipped by.

Check your vehicle! I've found missing nuts and bolts all over the place! The exhaust bolts missing! Frame bolts missing! Body mount bolts missing! Exhaust smell in the cab! They have the review site rigged! CUSTOMER BEWARE! Keep an eye on response starting with thank you! There completely incompetent and I own a new vehicle! Talk about a set up for future business! Yes! Typical dealership nightmare!

Very unprofessional. Didn’t let me test drive the jeep. Then sold me a jeep with mechanical issues already. I highly recommend people to look at other dealers before considering this one. Once u buy the car and you start noticing mechanical issues 4 or 5 days of you having it. The won’t care to fix the problem. They would rather you trade in the car to get more money off u. Meanwhile they already selling cars with mechanical issues. If you do wanna go to Ford dealer i don’t recommend monroeville at all. The sales dude was Dan who sold me the car

Ford of Monroeville service department really needs to work on follow-up and actually verifying resolution of issues. I had my car in 3 or 4 times to look at a problem with the nav system and each time they said it was fixed but as soon as I turned on the car and went into the nav section I could tell it wasn't fixed. Finally they told me I needed to replace the whole Sync computer. They said they would call me with a quote and order the part but that never happened. Months later I called to see what's going on and was initially told the part was on back-order but when I called again a few weeks later was told it had never been ordered. Once it was ordered it only took a week to arrive. Once again as soon as I started the car I could tell the issue wasn't fixed.

Messaged the dealer about a car back in October and have received non stop emails from them since. Including one I just received at 2 in the morning.take a hint and leave me alone especially this late at night

Fine for basic stuff and for safety recalls, but never ask them to "diagnose" anything. Or, if you do, make sure you ask them to estimate the cost of the repair first, and if it's a cost you wouldn't be willing to pay, skip the diagnosis. I was charged $115.95 for them to tell me something I already knew (I told them exactly what the problem was, and they said they had to "diagnose" it themselves anyway) because I wouldn't pay $320 for them to fix the radio. If they had told me what the repair cost would likely be ahead of time, I would've skipped the diagnosis.

Just picked up my new Ford Edge. Happens to be my 3rd and the third I purchased with the help of Eddie Adams. I'm always anxious about purchasing a new car, but Eddie makes it easy given the complexity of the incentives available and trade-in value. He's been there a while and I value his opinion. Feel that I got a great deal overall and the process went smoothly and completed within a few hours. Keep up the great work!

Visited this dealership with a cash deal. They showed me a vehicle, we sat and waited for the deal to be done and boom my bank denied the car because it was in a major accident. I would have been understanding of the fact that they didn't know but they told me they would call me the next day to see how they could make it right, so as you can see they never even reached back out. Makes me believe they knew and were doing shady business. Buyer beware.

I had a 2018 Ford Expedition and it has needed service a few times. This dealership always seems so unorganized. Late last week I called to set an appointment and no answer at 9: 30am. I called again at noon and a sales associate took a message; the call was never returned. I called this morning at 8: 50 and no answer. This is a large dealership and somehow it feels like the are going out of business. Moving on to another dealer.
