Ford of Monroeville

I had posted a review out of anger apparently causing an upset. So I would like to apologize to the Monroeville Ford dealership and retract what I said. If you have any questions please contact me not my uncle who knew nothing about it! He is not to blame and again I did it out of anger at the time and apologize.ty

I had a recall on my car and had called multiple dealerships in the Pittsburgh area only to be told the part was back ordered and they couldn’t help me. I called Day Ford and spoke with Mark, and within a week, the part was in and I had my car back. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Ray both. They were very personable, professional, and more than willing to go above and beyond to make my experience with the service department a wonderful one. I am highly impressed with these gentlemen, and have already made another appointment to have some other fixes done on my vehicle. Keep up the great work guys!
