I go into Dr. Fran J. Clark’s office wanting a second opinion on my precious eyes.
I was a few days away from having duel surgery for cataract and glaucoma surgery from an apparent untrustworthy eye surgeon.
My family do refers me to Dr. Clark, I tell hon nothing as I need a fresh look over.
I no have glaucoma, confirmed by Scheie Eye Institute.

Dr. Clark is an amazing physician who has gone above and beyond for my 87 year old Father. The staff especially, Beth Ann is thee best nurse I have ever had the joy of working with. Dr. Clark provided care that saved my Dad's vision. The team is incredible and the patient care is extraordinary!

I have glaucoma which went out of control about two months ago. At that time, Dr. Clark spent a lot of time with me to bring it under control and then, a week later, gave me a shot in my eye and changed the prescription to my eyedrops, both of which have improved my symptoms enormously!
My recent appointment was a follow-up to that and, after having my eye pressure checked (it was well under control), Dr. Clark said he would see me in four months. This was a very easy and satisfactory outcome to this appointment - most of my appointments with Dr. Clark have been as easy and wonderful!

Dr Clark makes the anxiety associated with my eye exams due to my diabetes very pleasant. I’m a new patient and wish I’d had to change Doctor’s sooner. He was very personable, welcoming and made me feel that he was happy to have me to care for and happy that I chose him to treat me. I absolutely wish it hadn’t taken over 40+ years for me to come across a doctor with his manner. He is professional and delivers his conversation and comments on conditions/treatments/diagnoses with consideration and care that is very reassuring.

Always a great experience with Dr. Clark and his staff. The wait was about ten minutes before exam started. All of the staff were knowledgable, informative and pleasant. The office was following strict CoVid guidelines in all areas and exam rooms. And, Dr. Clark is excellent! He takes time to explain the findings of your exam and answer all questions.

My whole experience was VERY satisfactory - meeting the friendly person who took my temperature, the assistants who tested my eyes before meeting with the doctor. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional and gracious. When I left my glasses in the room, a smiling attendant come looking for me. This is not out of the ordinary, it was typical visit with Doctor Clark.

Most thorough of doctors I have ever encountered. Great, efficient, caring staff throughout the office.

An optometrist in Montgomery Mall sent me to another ophthalmologist prior to Dr. Clark who scared me into the necessity for immediate laser for my eye to prevent attack of glaucoma. My internal alarm went up when the ophthalmologist rudely refused to answer some basic questions but also became quite obnoxious and defensive. So I see Dr. Clark who clearly felt that laser was not necessary as I had no risk for an attack of glaucoma He offered option me to get a third opinion by a specialist at glaucoma specialist at Wills eye Hospital in Philadelphia was in total agreement with Dr. Clark The story gets crazier as II ran into a friend who saw the same ophthalmologist and already had a laser done. She then cancel her second eye based on my experience and was seen by a Dr Bailey in Plymouth meeting who felt she in fact did not need a laser done.
Word of caution to all and thanks to Dr Clark.

This is my 2nd go to this office in the latest year for an emergency. The office is very clean, staff attentive and sincere, as well as always very timely. Very convenient office locations. Much obliged to you for your hard work, taking the time to be attentive to your patients needs and listening and attentive to their eye medical worries fully. This is a refreshing experience with my dealings with doctors. Ist pleasant experience ever.

The eye surgeon to see, literally, if you want the absolute best innovations in cataract surgery. Very professional office, staff, and doctor.

Dr Clark and staff do nice work. However, whom ever does the scheduling is awful. Every visit to the Hatboro office comes with a painfully long wait time. YOU ARE OVER SCHEDULING PATIENTS! The doctors can't see the patients anywhere near on time. You can easily be sitting in that office for a couple of hours waiting. Either schedule less Appointments per day or hire more Doctors! Stop wasting people's time just to line your pockets.

So happy after 10 years of relentless dry eyes, Dr Clark has rendered me completely free of all my discomfort. That you for the time and dedication to get to this point of normal eyes.

I am grateful to Dr Clark for spending late saturday evening into Sunday morning to treat my serious excruciating atack of glaucoma.thankfully my neighbor has his phone no.as my eye doctor wanted me to wait until Monday morning.
