Today was my second appt in one month. Last time the wait to see Dr. Clark was nearly an hour. "He had an emergency. ", I was told by staff. Today I waited 1.5 hours to see him as did a lobby full of disgruntled patients who talked about how this was the norm. It took Dr. Clark exactly 4 mins to tell me I didn't have a skin cancer on my eyelid. I waited 1.5 hrs to get this quick fortunate news? I'll not be back. Talk about NOT feeling respected by the staff at Hatboro Opthalmology.

Dr Francis Clark is an awesome eye specialist. He cares so deep for his patients sight. At times a bit of a wait which I came to expect as he spends whatever time and energy needed to examine you and address all your concern, wait is justified. Other times zero wait time. Dr Clark treats me for optic neuritis, which was missed by 2 previous eye specialist who told me I had "dry eyes" and made me feel like hypocodriac. Not Dr Clark. His follow through discovered I had multiple sclerosis. When I 1st saw Dr Clark I had lost all vision in my left eye. Dr Clark ran numerous tests and began his treatment. I started with similar problems in the right eye and Dr Clark reversed the loss in the right and restored some vision in the left eye. I have called the doctor on many occasions with related problems and he alwYs saw me promptly on the same day, always. I recommend to anyone who wants the best doctor for their eyes to contact Dr Clark.
