Great buying experience working with Tim, even through a couple of setbacks of my own. Tim rolled with everything and never pressured me on anything. Sales process couldn't have been better.

I came in and worked with Timothy, and the experience I got was nothing short of amazing! He is very knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy! He made sure I understood all of the features and equipment in my new car! He is excellent, and I will definitely only be dealing with him in the future for other purchases! Highly recommended!

My salesman was Tim Baluch. And he was awesome very detailed explained everything completely made sure I was well taken care of. The finance guy forgive me if I mess up his name Troy I believe was awesome as well.

Let me just tell you all how amazing the service here at Fred Bean’s Ford. I mean seriously, from Kim in appointments, to my main man Christophe, to Fred the shuttle driver. These are folks are what service is all about. I remember having a horrible experience with another dealership and when I tell you everyone here has been nothing but amazing I truly mean it. I thank each and everyone here at this dealership and I look forward to much more business with you all.

When the check engine light came on in my car, I stopped in to Fred Beans Ford to have it checked. They took me right away with no appointment, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me out of there in under two hours. Great service!

I purchased a 2002 Honda Odyssey here and got a good price and great service. I will definitely will return when I’m in the market for a new car.

I just want to add that 6 months later and I have not had any problems with my used car.

Let's see, I was shopping for a Fusion and came across one that was 10 years old but only had 42,000 Miles on it, I was interested so I made the drive to Fred Beans. I liked the car and we agreed on a price, that's where the positive ends, I drove it around 100 miles and the engine blew up, literally left me sitting. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the Dealership only charged me $500 for a replacement engine that they found. Since then, less than a year, Ive had to change brakes all the way around, wipers, belt tensioner, belt, passenger side axle tie rod ends and discovered that there is a cut on the dash where the air bag could have been replaced. Just giving an honest review and would watch what I'm buying there. Looking back I think they should have just given me my money back and looked for something else. I know they aren't responsible for a 10 year old car after it drives off the lot, but I just thought it was shady, probably wouldn't buy another car at Fred Beans.

This was absolutely terrible. The British manager got extremely snappy and annoyed with me. Hung up several times when they refused to give me a courtesy car for THEIR MISTAKE. Will never bring my car here again. If I could give negative stars I would.

I recently bought a F-550 tow truck from Fresh Beans in West Chester. So far, I'm very happy with the service and quality of the truck. I'll continue to use them to service the vehicle as needed. They are friendly and easy to get along with.

Fred beans Ford is extremely terrible and I have no idea why sheep are highly rating them. Here's my story: I'm in the market for a used Shelby gt350 mustang and these tards have the audacity to charge $58,288 for a USED one. This price is pretty much in line with a brand new leftover 2017 and frankly a brand new 2018 model.

I gotta say, even though I hate them, they do have spunk because the car I was looking at has been sitting on their lot since November of 2017, so that makes it over 4 months and they still refused to get to a fair price.

I bought a car from here and only had it since the 28th of January. I am having issues with the suspsion. Took it to them and still wasn't resolved. A Q cert car shpuld not be having the issue I am having. I just want it fixed. The car is not giving me an enjoyable experience and I am starting to feel the same about the service.

My experience was a nightmare. They had my car for over a month. My 2016 For Explorer sport smelled like rotten eggs. The fumes in the cabin took my breath away! They said they fixed it. When I drove it a mile down the road it still smelled. They replaced 3 catalytic converters, PTU, cracked plugs, injectors and coils. It still smelled and they broke my climate system. In addition to all those repairs the nav card broke, It also had an oil leak. I will be trading the POS in for a Nissian or Toyota. I will NEVER by an American car again.

I have my Navigator serviced at Fred Beans West Chester on a regular basis. They are extremely accommodating and professional. I arrive there late a couple times for my appointments and it is never a problem. Can't say anything bad about them. From the first time I brought my car there I felt like I was family.
