I purchased a CPO vehicle yesterday at Fred Beans. It was a truly pleasant experience. The salesman, Steve, was friendly and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about all the features of the fully loaded automobile. He made the test drive fun. No high pressure which is what I generally expect when I walk into a dealership. Similarly, his manager, Scott, was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. He patiently walked me through the entire transaction, explaining options and providing good advice. He seemed very interested in what was best for me. He even got me a better rate at one of their participating banks which offset the cost of the extended warranty that I wanted due to all of the electronics in the myriad of optional packages included. Their value added consultative service made the whole experience a pleasure. I'm looking forward to long and satisfying relationship with Fred Beans as a result.

The worst service. They don't honor the prices on their website. I went in with appt and test drived it. Then once we got to the desk and I explained I had a preapproval from my bank, they said i would have to apply through their finance institutions so the could at least earn something. I agreed as long as rate was similar. Then they went to talk and returned saying price was a typo the price was 6,000 more with a 2000 discount they were giving me. They weren't apologetic. They kept saying it was the reality reality and that there is a disclaimer on the bottom of the web page about pricing. Wasted my time and energy. Very upsetting car buying experience. And they seemed happy when I was leaving.
Don't go there unless your willing to pay more than what is on the website.

I purchased a remote start that could be used with my cell phone. Everyone was great in helping with buying it and setting it up. This is a friendly dealership and they don't forget you after you after you buy your vehicle.

Vast inventory! I was looking for a lightly used Edge with certain amenities. All the ones I found online were at Fred Beans. My family went in to test drive with Mohamed and hours later came out with our dream car. It was that fast. Mohamed really helped us work out our options and feel comfortable making the decision then and there without pressure. Everyone was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The only hiccups were the financing they offered, I was going to go with 60 months and no extended warranty for my budget and they advised me to lower my payment by going to 72 months and get the warranty because I had the freedom to pay it off early to avoid the added interest. That wasn’t true. I can’t pay off early without paying all the extra interest. I also had a few quirks on the edge that they convinced me was normal and it didn’t set right with me. It ended up months later that I was right and they found a fix, but it was after I had to buy a new battery as a result of the quirk. So the net is I do like them and great inventory but be aware and diligent with questions.

Our salesman Logan was great, but the used car manager tried ripping us off on our Trade-in, we went down the street to Pacifico Ford and got the Explorer Limited we wanted and $4000, more for our trade then Beans offered.

Fred Beans does an outstanding job every time they service my MKS.
Professional, courteous, honest and friendly from the time you drop your vehicle till you pick it up.
And, typically, the waiting room experience is comfortable and entertaining while you wait with
TV, coffee and plenty to read. 5 Stars all the way! And, Herb is terrific!

Had a great and easy time trading in my car to buy a new (and used) car. They weren't pushy or aggressive and I was completely happy with my experience. Would definitely buy again here, and recommend to everyone else.

Absolute best experience buying a car! Three years ago I came to Fred Beans with barely any credit or down payment. They were able to work with me and get me into a brand new Focus. Now, they were able to upgrade my Focus to a brand new Escape at a great price! The staff was professional, friendly and personable. Sam, my salesman, was the whole reason I chose Fred Beans again. I will continue to refer people here!

As always it was very professional from start to finish. I was greeted upon entering, they had my F-150 scheduled as I requested and at completion the service manager (sorry can't remember his name) reviewed my vehicle report card. The Service was completed in record time.

I really like the fact. That, me as just another customer out of hundreds. I felt like I was a priority in the own ways. Quickly responsed to my question and my additional concern. To the situation and made it there priority. I was satisfied with the results and payment through the service plan. I was pleased with my auto green team in contacting the the warranty claim and repairin my vehicle in the time it was done.
