Geisinger - Mount Pleasant, Scranton PA

Felt like an interrogation with ob-gyn nurse who spoke to you like you were an idiot. Wow! I will never go back. Mt Miserable!

I walked in Geisinger; ask the receptionist about the location of the sign in sheet, she raised her voice about standing behind a line that is not visible when you walk in. I decided it would be better to go somewhere else.

I love the staff at Geisinger Mount pleasant in the women's health department! They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate! I see a doctor every time I go to an appointment which is extremely rare at other facilities

Dr.s or the nurses or front desk are very rude and never respond properly on phone calls and dr and nurses are very aggorant with patients and don't care what we have to say everyone report them!

Seriously geisinger mount pleasant is the worst group of doctors I've ever dealt with my advise to anyone in the Scranton area go to any other doctor but them. Can never get ahold of them I have chronic asthma they denied me a refill on my inhalor and when I hurt my shoulder they wouldn't even let me make an appt to be seen about it told me to just go to work and deal with it even tho I work at a nursing home lifting heavy residents which just made it worse. Horrible doctors.

I've been going to geisinger when it was at Lake Scranton, I've been going to the same doctor there since I was a young kid. I love the place and my doctor is one of the Best Doctor I've gone to. I never have a problem my Dr fines the problem I have and the rest of the staff there is wonderful.

Dr. Wylie is great, takes time answering your questions, you dont feel rushed at all. Its your time, some drs rush u out! He tells you point blank, what u need to do for your health, in a nice way. He will hopefully be my dr, when im 90. Its hard to find a good dr.
