Giant Eagle Supermarket reviews
36Nice neighborhood store. None of tbe bells and whistles of the bigger GEs, but it has 99% of tbe items I need.
Not to happy with cashier we had last evening around 6: 30 on July 4th. Didnt have my advantage card and instead of him looking mine up after I asked him to he just scanned the store advantage card cheating me out of my perks! They should not be allowed to do that!
This is a great location that is sometimes forgotten about. If you live in Bellevue or new to the area just know that you have more options than Khuns or the Giant Eagle on Camp Horne Rd. This location has very fresh produce and especially strawberries! It's a smaller and older location but you can still shop all of your needs here.
Small, not a wide selection, cashier kinda rude throwing my items down the belt. But it wasnt the worst store
John was a great cashier good customer service.the reasons for the 4 stars was the long lines and empty shelves BUT NO ONE WANTS TO WORK SOOO THATS NOT ALL G. E. FAULT.
This giant ego location is very convenient for me. I live relatively close to the store and I like the people that work there they're very nice and very friendly.
Lots of customers stumble into this grocery store without wearing a mask - It's a regular thing here. Public health policies are not enforced by mgmt or staff at this business. I counted three customers and one child without masks on while shopping. This was 10: 30am on Monday 8/10/2020. Is coronavirus gone? Does this Giant Eagle know something we don’t? At least try to care about your neighborhood, shoppers and employees.
The Brighton Heights store is always out of necessities and many items have very short expiration dates. They also block one-way aisles during COVID19. I've been going there for over 16 years and the store is too small for this area. Very bad managers, but employees are great. The employees deserve a better store to work in not what is there now.
Smallest of the Giant Eagles I’ve been too but easy to shop and it was clean however an older store. Staff members are very nice and courteous.
Went to 3 giant eagles on the first day of a sale on eight o'clock coffee and they were all sold out. Not enough stock on sale items
The people that work in this store are what makes it great! The meat guys are the best, always helpful and knowledgeable! Also, love the cashier's!
Seems smaller than most stores, but maybe because this layout is odd. It could use a little remodeling. Employees were nice especially in the pharmacy
Your average Giant Eagle except it looks like it’s being overran with spider infestation every summer, autumn.
Giant Eagle isn't exactly a place you go to get your hopes up, but after a couple months, I find this store to be particularly limited in its selection with a bizarre layout that I can't comprehend. At least there's a spacious parking lot.
The pharmacists are incompetent. They are constantly getting my parent's precscriptions wrong and ultimately waste our time and gas coming out and learning that they are not ready/correct. The store itself is okay.
Nice small town GE with family oriented staff. The head manager was on the floor and interacting very sweetly with an older woman and her granddaughter. Brought smiles to the faces of onlookers in a way you seldom see anymore. Stop by and say hello!
Joel in the bakery department is the man. Super helpful. Make sure you see him for all your bakery needs!
Absolutely ridiculous when an establishment puts a limit on a limit on how many Western Unions a person can receive absolutely ridiculous horrible place to go
HA oh wow this is the worst giant eagle I've ever been to just because of the customer service (specially the 60 year old woman who literally works in their customer service box), who sorry, I'd have a name to give you but when I call she hangs up on me repeatedly and refuses to put me through to the manager. And I would have definitely gotten her name before I left but she turned and literally RAN before I could see what it was. Classy much? Professional? You got it! This person is the reason people make bad reviews. Please remove her immediately before she drives away more of your customers. I'd go on to write about the incident that actually happened but I really don't wanna be writing a bad review all night.
