Giant Eagle Supermarket reviews
36As a description of my recent visit to this Giant Eagle I would like to point out that they have Bob Evans breakfast Turkey Sausage and Turkey Sausage Crumbles. With that said I admire the variety, I didn't expect that at all but now I am happy to say that I will be returning to support my local Giant Eagle, it may not be as big as the others but it definitely provides me with what I appreciate. Thank you.
Yes, this is a small Giant Eagle. Yes, it lacks a bakery and fish counter. However, the cashiers and staff are above average friendliness as far as Giant Eagles go, and their hours are convenient. The lines can get a little long but that's mostly due to customers who move like snails.
It's a great neighborhood grocery store, especially considering the other options in North Side.
Small store compared to other Giant Eagles. Convenient and good for quick shopping. No bakery, as in you can't order or buy specialty cakes and cookies. They do have a very small selection of pre packaged sweets.
I was very happy with the service, they must have hired alot new people, the deli guys were great and the cashiers and baggers were so nice.keep up the good work!
Nice small Giant Eagle got all the basics produce is always fresh.only negative is if you're looking for something specific or high-end they usually don't have it because the size is so small.
Definitely not the same variety and quality as many of the other giant eagles in the area. Looks a little rundown and doesn't have the selection that I'm used to
I constantly find expired items.in particular the Breakstones fat free cottage cheese. This is the third time in 2 months! Doesn’t anyone check for freshness and date awareness?
VERY FRUSTRATING
Store opened on Sept 2 1959! And remains largely the same. Clean store and friendly staff. Good prices and sales!
Giant Eagle ALWAYS makes mistakes on pricing. Mark items on sale, but then they ring up full price. Happens at alot of stores. Good part is that IF you catch it they do make it right. Pay attention when getting rang up!
Convenient for Brighton Heights & North Side shoppers. Cleaner, brighter, faster, & more selection than Kuhn's Market on Highwood Street. Fuel Perks is a Bonus, & helps ease the pain of paying high prices for groceries!
Convenient location with nice employees. Pretty small though, so may not have what you need if you're looking for a specialty item.
If you like horrible customer service, limited products for a larger price, then this is the place for you.
Small store, poor customer flow, poor overall ux, lack of organic selection, limited overall selection, and outdated/needs updated badly.
Clean, professional nice selction of products kind helpful employees.
Only bad thing is not a great slection of meat
The sign on the outside says Giant Eagle, but looks like a shop and save inside. Needs remodeling and updates to food offerings. No bakery
Great selection. It's a little smaller then most giant eagles but still has a decent amount of stuff.
