The store is convenient for me and has everything I need. I like that I can look online and see how busy they are.

I saw a lot of different folks rushing through the store but when you slow down you can see the quality of the people who work there and the enthusiasm they have when working. They are doin a great job.

Used the scanner guns for the first time. Was pretty awesome
My partner agreed. We will be doing that again.

A typically well-run Giant that now has a beer-wine section. I also like their selection of bulk nuts which the Dilworthtown Giant doesn't have.

Standard grocery store with a decent selection. Customer service is inconsistent. They should audit their sale shelf tags and digital offers. It's surprising when an item rings up at the expected advertised price.

The wife did all the shopping. I just walked around with the cart. It would be best if you asked her about the shopping. I did pick up a 10ft cord. About to go and use it now.

Giant is not even an American company - owned by Netherlands- Ahold Delhaize - maybe that explains why it is always an alienating experience in their stores. They have so many ways to confuse and cheat - store coupons, digital coupons, money-back when you buy these "designated" items, which are never well-designated. There are always expired "sale" shelf tags on products and you are lucky if you read the fine print to discover that the product is no longer on sale before you buy it. All are a ruse to mess with your money and keep you very busy. Whoever writes IT "code" for Giant sales and coupons must have diabolical qualifications! Don't trust the signs on products like, BOGO - check your receipt. And Good Luck when you shop at Giant - you'll need it!

I only shop at Giant and honestly refuse to go into other grocery stores because of the quality of produce/meat and the customer service rep interactions which have been so awesome all these years.

What I don’t like, particularly at the boot rd location, is how management treats employees. The other day I witnessed a younger female manager BERATE, a young boy at the register, in front of myself and other customers. I was embarrassed for him, and for her behavior. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve seen this behavior at this location. As a manager in business myself, there is a time, place and manner in which you address employees.and in front of customers is not it. Particularly, young kids who are obviously going to make mistakes and are just doing their best— with smiles on their faces —which is just about the most I expect. It’s almost odd that every employee here is so kind, so friendly and helpful, and the only negative experiences I’ve witnessed or personally experienced have been from management.

I hope all the managers at this location will learn to lead and respect their employees as a little kindness goes a long way when leading your team. The behavior from management I’ve seen over the last year at times is appalling and I hope I don’t have to witness anyone speaking to another person like that at this location again.

Like W Bradford more than Exton store. Bigger, better layout and lighting, selection of ALL PRODUCTS, many which aren't available in Exton. Seems cleaner, too.

I ordered several items for my husbands 70th birthday party. Everything was absolutely delicious from the chicken, the wings, the wraps, the potato salad (which was just like the best homemade), pasta salad to the cake. Everything was ready when I went to pick it up. The price was so reasonable. I would order from Giant anytime I have a party. Thank you Giant.

The clerk did a poor job. I bought Fuji apples a5 a price of $1.49 per lb, but she charged me for Honey crisp apples at a price of
$3.49 per lb. I checked with this African American clerk that she charged me the right kind of apples. She said yes. But after I came home, I noticed there was a mistake and called the cust. Service. Spike to Joe and he said he will give me the credit.
I would ask apple buying customers to check the prices carefully at the counter before l raving the store.

The deli guy I had tonight was spectacular. Pleasant. Much better shopping experience here than the Giant in Coatesville. Not sure why that is. I think the stores are virtually identical.

We usually only came here for the salad bar. Although the salad fixings selection is pretty good, it's not always fresh so we stopped coming.

This is one of the best giant stores I have been to. Lot of healthy options, fresh food options.
