26My experience at Giant is always a great one, the help is very nice they're always helpful. Tonight I was looking for something and a Gentleman actually walked me over to the aisle and showed me where it was. I will not shop anywhere else I think it's a great value.
I have always had a pleasant shopping experience at Giant, with one exception in eight years. The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. I will continue to do my grocery shopping there.
It was good. It is improving. I am seeing the improvements in personnel and atttention to detail.
This particular giant has a great selection of natural foods and options for those with very specific diets. The pharmacy is fabulous and all of the employees are very friendly.
One of the worst food stores in Pennsylvania. Always under staffed. Deli has 15+ min waits and Sunday, 6 of 17 checkout lines are open.
One stop shop. Better during the times where West Chester university is in session because more cashiers are available. Otherwise your checkout time is similar to Wal-marts
