I try to use SCAN IT! And it doesn’t work and none of giants employees know how it works. So why bother with a system that nobody seems to know how it works. I’ve been going to giant less and less because the way you get treated here is getting pathetic.
Love shopping at this Giant. It is clean and organized. Associates are very friendly. Unlike the location on Cocoa Ave which is only 2 minutes from our home. Jeff Metz who is one of the managers does an amazing job! He is very friendly and helpful. Does his job very well. We always look forward to seeing him when we shop.
I love the gas points. There is a good variety of products. Sometimes the employees can be a bit rude, but still get the job done.
Out of all of the local Giants, this is by far my favorite store. Easy to navigate, friendly people, well stocked product.

Good selection of products. Excellent deli section. Fresh veggies and fruits are generally on great shape. Adding new items, wine, and beer.
I like this store. It's super conveniently located and you can find pretty much everything you need here.
The store basically is very nice. Although I know the temperature in the dairy isle has to be kept at a lower rate, it is so cold that I have to wear a jacket through the store. I think the manager should try to find a way to keep the store temperature at a tolerate level and yet maintain the temperature at the correct level for the bins without having the entire walking area that cold. The elderly patrons mind the cold temperature as they then go out in the heat.
