Always BEST selection, & variety of products, & MOST DEFINITELY the LOWEST prices around, compared to ANY of the OTHER LOCAL grocery stores near by!

I recently used your catering service for a birthday party I held. Being out of the area, I purchased food for the entire party from you online. I was extremely impressed with the service I received in the store and the delicious food we had for the party.

In the store, your employees that helped me were extremely courteous and helpful. They collected all of my purchased food items quickly, took me to the customer service desk to pay so I didn’t have to stand in line and wait, and then proceeded to help load the items in my car.

I ordered wraps, macaroni and cheese, a fruit tray, vegetable tray, and a party pack. All of the food items were delicious and very attractively presented on the trays. Everyone at my party was happy with their meal and appetizers.

I strongly recommend your catering services for any catering need. Great job.

If I have the option I go to Wegmans unless I need to grab one or two items. They are way overpriced here, have a huge opportunity in customer service, their self checkout treat you like a criminal every time something doesn’t lay just right. If you go through the checkout you are excepted to bag your own groceries. If this was Lidl or Aldi I would be fine with that. I really wish Wegmans or someone would buy the old Kmart. This store needs competition!

The store was really busy but the cashiers kept things moving swiftly. They were out of a couple produce items i wanted, but again, it was crazy busy! The staff is friendly, hard working, and efficient. The store is clean. I had a good experience.

This store is overall very disappointing. It's incredibly busy most of the time, it's not as clean as most other Giant's in the area and the clientele are rude. They also have a scam going at the self check out where if you don't donate to their charity at the end of your purchase it forces an associate to come over and override your order which keeps the line longer. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more buck at Acme down the street or drive to somewhere in Downingtown or Exton.

Yesterday (2/20) I ordered a custom B-day cake for my daughter. It was supposed to be ready for pick by 2: 00pm today Friday the 21st as the party starts at 6: 00. Unfortunately, it wasn't even started and there wasn't even an order slip. Sylvia/ Silia (name was hard to make out over the phone) spoke with the manager and said they can make it today and have it ready by 5pm today! I'm so thankful!

If you come to this Giant do not order lunch meat.it will take forever! You can do all your shopping and still have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get your order as your frozen foods thaw. They also do not cut it as you order, I ordered thin sliced and it was so thick it was literally 5 slices. They are completely disorganized in the lunch meat department.

The new change to the self checkout area is horrible. Really miss the large carousel self checkout kiosks.

I had some good discounts that I received on my phone so I took advantage of them. 35 bottles of water for $2.75. Free ice cream some ice tea.

Everything was great until I meet the lady that sells the beer.
She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never stop there again.

Deli personal more interested in talkn and fooling around with each other than helping customers and that includes manager that was there.

This has been my primary grocery store for over 15 years. Love the people! Great selection of products and if they don't have a product (which isn't often) they are quick to offer to order it.

It s good place. As u can find HALALحلال chicken like it it s to hard to find store for that. I hope the GIANT GET OTHERS STFS LIKE MEAT HALAL. Ground beef.salami.its suggestion.thank u GIANT.

My cashier was the fastest food scanner I have ever seen. His name was Keron, I think. I'll be trying to get in his line from now on.:)

This Giant is generally clean and well organized. It also has a Starbucks now. What more could you ask for?

Now with a starbucks and an alcohol section to buy wine and beer. They have a good buffet but there are long lines certain parts of the week if you want deli cheese

Fresh fruit and veggies and seafood and most importantly there are no cockroaches in the store and food. Greatest store

This woman went for a job interview. The lady who interviewed her. She was very unprofessional. She was training someone at the same time. The person being trained was cussing while the interview was taking place. When this women said she could do nights shift. The lady interviewer told her that would not be wise. The men that work there were PIGS. They would stalk & stare & hurass her. That's called sexual hurassment. This happens because of VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. If management is letting this take place. Then what do u think these low life's r doing to ur fresh food that u don't see. We started asking around other women verified this. Its not a safe place for a decent Women to work.
