Love the customer service staff, very friendly! Aston is A blessing from God. Amazingly large selection of food and beverage, including alcohol.

This store will unfortunately never be Wegmans, no matter how many Starbucks or wine-selling additions it will put in. Too bad because it is my nearest supermarket and I have spent quite a bit of money ever since we moved to this neighborhood. The simple answer is: the customer does not count in the store! When you go to Wegmans you are always asked if you found everything in the store or how ELSE they can help you. Here they will not help you despite the proud sign on their t T-shirts: CAN I HELP YOU? YES, I CAN. Perhaps the upper management could look into this, because it is hard to believe that they simply do not care. Here are some of the examples: I asked why they carry only certain products of Hormel cans. There is only chicken and not ham. Same with McVitties Cookies, only milk chocolate, but NOT dark chocolate. Same with Safflower oil (healthy and high smoking point), they had it once, people bought it and it is gone. Forever. No farmer cheese, they do not know what it is. Friendship, please check Wegmans. There are isles and isles of health products that expire daily and they refused to stock the products I am buying regularly, like the ones mentioned above. I went to ordering manager and got one answer: no can do. I moved my shopping to more distant supermarkets, that actually care about keeping the client. Unfortunately, even pharmacy will NOT order the brand medication, which I get for free. Why? No copay for them? They refused to order Nizoral Shampoo from Patriot (free with my prescription plan) and I had to pay for the generic knock-off that they ordered. Pharmacist Scott will simply freeze you with his polite smile, saying also: no can do. But there is a good news: you can take your shopping somewhere else. It looks like this GIANT, the priority is cash not customer. Sincerely and regretfully your Former Client.

HORRIBLE - THREE STRIKES AND I AM OUT. Today was the last straw - because they are closest to my new rental, house I tried - three times I tried. First time I was in there, I was waited on by someone who looked like they were on drugs. Second time - I went in at 12: 30 am - they are open 24 hours right? Well they are stocking the shelves then, and God forbid you try to walk down an aisle - and I just had a hand basket to get 4-5 things. The "people" stocking the shelves gave me dirty looks, moved their carts in front of me to block the aisle, and one actually called me an ass-hole for shopping that late. Today - why I went back - I need my head examined. It was convenient and the option closeby for me is WalMart. I took 20 minutes to shop, came to the cashier, he was hiding behind his register on his cell phone texting or doing who knows what. I unloaded my entire cart - he never said hello - he never started the conveyor. He checked out each item, put them in bags - still had not SAID ONE WORD TO ME. His name is WAYNE. Young man about 20-25. He finished with all my items - I put them into my cart. He just stood there with a smug, f-you look on his face. Never said a word. I never heard hello, or the total is $56.25, NOT A DAMN WORD. SO I asked him: "Do you have laryngitis? !? " He grunted at me.ungghhhh. I told him to stick the groceries up his smug ass, and I told a manager as I left the store. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. DO whatever you want to - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Thanks a lot WAYNE - you have a great future as a bum.

I got my shopping done. I went to the service desk to get stamps. The young man said how much it would cost. And then all of the sudden one of your employees took him away and didn't even ask if I needed help and he didn't say anything. Just atrocious manners and bad customer service

I find myself here constantly, as its one of the very few places around that is open 24 hours. Great discounts, and now they sell beer and wine.

What’s up with Giant’s website? You can’t search to see if they stock a food item. I guess Giant doesn’t want customers to know if they carry different types of food (or price compare). For instance, I just typed “pork belly” into Giant’s search box. The only thing that came back was 3 listings about Martin pharmacy and the beer and wine department. Giant definitely has the worst, least informative website in the history of the internet’s existence!

Though under renovation, store is well stocked. Need directions as to where items are.
Need more frequent cart attention. Too often the carts are outside and non available inside. Especially the small carts.
Staff very nice. Notably Pat and Kenny at check out. Can never do enough for the customer!

A good selection, well-stocked and clean, and staffed with courteous people. It's best to avoid the most crowded periods if you can, however, though even then the checkout lines are bearable.

I went to Giant, people were friendly, I had to ask where 1 item was n I was told what isle it was in. Went to check out just 1 person ahead of me. It didn t take long. Good experience.

Love their meats. The angus rib eye and porterhouse the best.
Lines usually short and associates friendly enough.
Meat guy kind of weird but what ever.
