Growth Opportunity Center, Southampton PA

I recently moved back to the area and was diagnosed bipolar by a previous psychiatrist. I needed to get in to see a new psychiatrist to receive treatment and get my prescriptions renewed. Upon calling (during normal day hours) nobody had picked up and I had to leave a voicemail. Eventually I received a call saying that I'll receive a call within 48 hours by a therapist in order to schedule my intake appointment and then be placed on a 4-6 week wait list to see the psychiatrist. Well four days later I still never received a call. I am not calling to make a hair appointment, I am calling in regards to my mental health and stressed the urgency of being seen and nobody seems to find that important. Not sure if I have to end up hospitalized to receive any sort of attention but I find it absolutely appalling that they cannot even get back to me with a person who is capable of booking appointments. I would have much rather them told me to go somewhere else so I could pursue treatment in a more timely manner than being thrown on the back burner and being acknowledged at their convince. If you feel you need to see a mental health professional in a timely manner, this is definitely not the place for you. If you have all the time in the world, then give them a call.

I called out of the blue on the new patient voice mail box. Had a call back within a couple hours from a nice young man ready to help and take my sons information. So far so good!

Just called and got vm during normal office hrs, left a msg and called right back, they picked right up and I was able to reschedule with no problem and while I was on the phone with the receptionist another person left me a msg on my vm regarding the message I had left not 3 minutes earlier! Now that is a good doctors office! A+

The worst waited over an hour and when I mentioned it to the receptionist I was told if I don't like go somewhere else then lied and said I was yelling at her. Ask for the office managers name and number so i could report this person and left several messages during the week with no response back. I call the office and either get hung up on or transferred to the same voice box of the person I have been leaving messages for.

Office Staff is awful, rude and will leave you sitting in the, waiting room for hours. If you ask why, they give you attitude. Got yelled at on the phone by the receptionist when trying to ask questions so about my son's care. Terrible.
