Hatfield Village Apartments

I just visited this place on 03/05/2018. After reading all these reviews I Am thinking twice yo take this place. Yes they show me model apartments only. One thing I found is, there are many available options online when I have checked in sculy company but leasing office did not tell me n wanted to sell something bit expensive only. I will be visiting them again. Hope I don’t have to ask them all these questions n they are fair to clear any confusion like what floor apartment is? What if your maintenance team does not do anything what to do next? Model apartments are really great and now i feel like should I consider it or not.

So just 4 stars, well writing for people who reported issues and it is helpful. Still question tho, I am seeing property manager has replied you guys, did they do anything or?

Stay away from this place
You are not allowed to see the apartment you are renting until the move-in date. They showed us a nice model apartment and told us it’s identical. They indicated that there is no obligation to move in if we don’t like the apartment on the inspection/move-in day.
On the move-in day, we went to inspect the apartment and it was not clean or nice. When we declined to accept the apartment in that condition, they refused to refund our deposit.

My brother lives here and this place is beautiful! Everyone is friendly, it is very clean and have plenty of parking. I would love to move here with my family

Horrible management. High crime. High prices. Prices rise. Bad maintenance. Horrible Mangement. Horrible Management.

No, i lived here in Z building, and the entire building was infested with bed bugs! And long creepy crawlers all the time, i had a terrible experience living here, maintance is rude and when maintance who comes to fix things they half ass it and go on break and sot around longer doing nothing just to get paid, now i dont know if they fired some people since we moved and it got better, i HOPE SO. But it was digusting and terrible in Z Building. And always is and was a drunk out front yelling and causing issues with our building and the one across from us.

Keith is part of the maintenance and has always done a fantastic job.i have lived here for 7 yrs and could not be any happier with Keith's service.thank you Keith

I have reached out THREE times after touring in August to see what future availability might look like because my boyfriend and I wanted this to be our new home and NO ONE has gotten back to us. Not even Quetta who gave us the tour! Extremely unprofessional already and not looking to move here anymore. This office is a disgrace. It's like when you walk out without applying, they're no longer interested.

Very clean and beautiful campus. Maintenance staff is top notch. Apartment is spacious (2 bedroom). Been here 5 years, not happy how much rent has gone up (almost $40 in one year).
