Holiday Inn Express Pittsburgh-North (Harmarville) reviews
33Just checked in and the toilet and sink were not clean. AND the phone did not work so I could not even get a wake up call. Cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I usually stay at Hilton facilities which I will from now on.
First, the blonde lady who runs the breakfast in the morning does an excellent job! Everything kept fresh and clean! As like the front desk, Eddie and the blonde lady in the morning, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Loved the JR Watkins bath soap, too Very nice stay all around!
Hotel was very clean and neat.they even gave me a late check out till 1 p.m. It was peaceful, quiet and well worth the pay!
Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. I liked the Holiday Inn Express in Lordstown better.
I like Holiday Inns rarely complain about Holiday Inns.
My family and I were traveling over the road, and needed a place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we were comfortable.
Clean. Service and staff amazing. Beautiful facility. The have stuff to feed the ducks at the front desk my kids loved that. Great location of toll road
My room was a mess the bathroom there was a dirty wet towel sitting at the top corner of the bathtub and pink stain on the front top of the bathtub, there is dust on the coffee maker
We were greeted with our reservation by a bright young woman at the front desk. Our Room was clean and what we had requested. Breakfast is sparse because of the plague. What they offer was delicious. Hallways were quiet. Clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and courteous. Bathroom was small and needs updated. The Room itself was quite nice.
Room 5, lobby 5, hallways & decor/furniture 3. That could use some updating but we don't sleep in the hallway so more than pleased.
This is a nice place for an overnight stay. Room was clean, breakfast consistent with others, people friendly, location to nearby restaurants close too.
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to provide great service. I was in town for a work project, staying two nights, anticipating to return home when I came down with a virus making me nauseous and giving me a pounding headache. Not being able to drive for five hours to return home I went back to the Holiday Inn where Mary Ellen had me checked in and crawling into bed in five minutes flat. Another thoughtful employee of the hotel Eddie delivered ginger ale to my room to help with the nausea. Big thanks to the team at Holiday Inn for their caring attention.
Nice Holiday inn Express that has just been remodeled. The rooms were clean but pretty small and there is definitely a musty smell happening. The front desk staff was super friendly and checked me in in under a minute! The location is a pain to get in and out of, but super close to where I needed to be. Would stay again.
The person who first greets you when arrive anywhere sets the tone for how your will be. Thank you Bobbyjoe helped my stay at the Hoilday inn Expess pleasurable. She was courteous, a welcoming smile and provided all the information to make your comfortable. Thank you I more business understood the importance of customer service!
This is a nice hotel. Recently/currently updating. Decor is very nice, I particularly liked the artwork in the suite I recently stayed in
Nice staff, clean rooms, good water pressure. Hotel is under renovation but except for some slightly messy common areas it really wasn't an issue.
The hotel was decent. It wasn't the nicest I've stayed in (in this price range), but it wasn't the worst, either.
Nice clean room. Breakfast was great, can't make a deal about anything. Only slight issue was my door wasn't quite flush on 3 sides while closed, so enough sound and light came through that was noticable.construction was also going on.
It's currently under construction which I understand and isn't a huge deal, but I think it's causing the rooms to smell bad, our friends staying in other rooms agreed. And the showers are short so if you're tall you'll have to duck under the shower head kinda far.
Under construction, room was horrible. $170.00 for a $39.00 truckers hotel. Doors didn't shut, the room smelled sour, everything felt wet and smelled. Honestly, if there wasn't a concert in town I don't know how this place would stay in business. Free breakfast. You're going to want to stay close to a restroom if you dare it!
Right now I'd give it a 4 star because it's under construction but once it's done it'll be 5 stars for a HIE. Friendly staff, modern, clean
