All went very smoothly from the test drive to purchasing to the paperwork. Everyone was very nice and helpful. And Hondru is dog friendly and helped me out with measuring the van for my dog and transferring my dog crate from my previous vehicle.

An all around great experience. I was on the hunt for a Chevy Tahoe for my family. The vehicle had to fit so many requirements (budget, options, etc.). After searching for about a month, I expanded my search area beyond my hometown of Baltimore, and my lender found a Tahoe for me at Hondru. I made a phone call. Dan Kline took care of all the paper work while I was on my way to the dealership. When I got there, he had the Tahoe and the paperwork ready and waiting. The Tahoe was even better in person than in pictures. The price was great too, about $2,000-$3,000 less than any other dealership with a similar vehicle, and really no other dealership had one that nice, especially not at that price. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. It was so smooth and simple that it almost didn't make sense. Two thumbs up to Dan and the entire Hondru team. Thanks.

Always courteous with sales or service a couple of things could be better parking is not the greatest And oddly enough there is one bathroom and it is shared but on all we have purchased three vehicles there And have always been taken care of.

Our salesperson, Zach Hickernell, was a pleasure to work with during the purchase process. We were not rushed or pressured. Zach answered every question and demonstrated the vast number of features on the 2020 Pacifica L 35th Anniversary edition model.all of the employees that we were introduced to were pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Leased our current vehicle here a little over a year ago and have not one bad thing to say. The staff at this location are simply amazing, super helpful and always pleasant. I even showed up one hour late for a scheduled appointment on accident and they still helped me right away. (I believe the manager) always has a smile on his face and is a great guy. My husband will be needing a vehicle soon and we are happy to provide them with our business.

Hondru was very friendly and knowledgeable about their cars, and has AMAZING response and communication with their buyers. Not to mention their prices were well below any other dealers' cars that even had less factory options. My new car was delivered spotless inside and out. One thing I cannot stand is incompetence! After countless dealers and a month of searching I thought this was something I was going to have to deal with while buying a new car, Hondru proved me wrong, I would definitely return to them for future car purchases.

Stay clear, after servicing my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, replacing a faulty transmission, the second one went bad, under warranty, they will no longer repair it NOR service my vehicle? I have a 7 year 100,000 warranty, but Hondru claims I under in legal "buyback" with Chrysler, which is not true. They won't service the vehicles they sell. Look elsewhere!

This is the fourth Jeep we have purchased from Billy Pearson. I highly recommend calling Billy if you are considering a Jeep!
