I visited to test drive a ram 1500 which was the best part, on the other hand, the sales person who was going over numbers and such, wanted to do a soft pull on my credit which I was fine with. Turns out, the "soft pull" was a hard inquiry on my credit. Not what was mentioned to me. Also offered me an incredible low trade offer for my vehicle. I was able to go elsewhere for a new vehicle and get 3x the money for my trade in vs what they offered me. Stay away!

Outstanding customer service, told to take the car for a drive, you have half a tank. Got 2 free hats a tank of gas! Friendly, cooperative and pleasant experience.

Terrible service. Took a 2015 Dodge Challenger in for 3 separate items, one of them was a recall. Had some warning lights on, had a bad rotational clicking noise and the recall. The only thing that they completed was diagnosed the codes. Personally walked in to speak to service manager that was extremely rude. Never even apologized for the poor service. When I asked why the recall wasn't done his response was that they must have been busy that day. When we weren't satisfied with his response we reached out to his supervisor left a message asking for a return call that never happened. The clicking noise was diagnosed at another dealership as a bad carrier bearing on the drive shaft that was covered under factory warranty. That dealership couldn't believe that they couldn't find the issue right away. And also stated that I would be very unsafe to drive the vehicle any further until fixed. Really wish there was a option for 0 Stars

This was a great auto purchasing experience for us. We've only had our new truck for one day but so far the whole experience has been awesome!
