They over charge for the vehicles that they have. I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze rs from them, they charged me 14k for a car that had 96k miles on it. Kkb.com the car after buying it. It was only worth 6k Then they tell you cnac is not apart of byrider brand. Go to any car lot, they would used any bank to sell a car. It just a big con to sell a vehicle over priced and charge a high interest rate at 22 percent. I brought a 2018 Malibu with 3 miles on it 27k interest rate at 18 from a major dealership. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT BYRIDER THEY DONT WANT THE EARLY PAYOFF

I loved my experience today. They got me into exactly what I needed. Low monthly payment for a fairly new car. This experience was most deftly not what8 expected, my sales rep even brought me lunch. You can’t go wrong

Bought my current vehicle from there. Got a great running SUV at payments that I could afford. The process was kind of long though.

Worst experience ever. Bought a car and the next day it had a major leak from the coolant. Then after that was fixed the engine kept ticking and check engine light came on. They refused to put a new engine in it. I had to return it now the financing company has it listed as a repo so I have to fight this too. Worst company ever.

I bought my cat at JD Byrider last year. And this February needed to get an inspection. I'm normally used to hearing from the garage that my car needs more work to get inspected. Even if I needed it or not. But I was surprised to hear from the mechanic I needed nothing. But my brakes will need to get replaced in the near future. But ok to be pasted. I believe other garages would of told me I needed new brakes now to pass inspection.so I can say that I am very pleased on how I was treated from JD Byrider.

Best place to go if your credit is shot. They definitely do help you get back behind the wheel. If you have no other option you most definitely do now. Staff was very friendly and informative. I couldn't get approved for a car loan for squat. JD Byrider approved me for 14k when no one else would.

It was a long day but we got a fabulous car. The one issue I have is since we only put $300 down, our first two months payments were $700. The third month started our regular payments. But we're excited to build our credit.

Car hustlers. They are okay, something seemed a little bit of a hustle the truck developed a problem. Still not resolved, partially our fault for timing

Went there last year and it was a BAD TIME. Spent about 8-9 hours there waiting around. Had to watch a hour long video late at night and was called a liar by the finance woman. Decent car but the prices are iffy. I get emails regularly and was considering buying a pickup truck but told me it would cost over $1,000 for a downpayment not sure how it goes but wow.

Had my vehicle in for service and they had it 2wks due to back ordered part. Sid was great with me and even discounted my price for me for waiting 2 weeks, he didn't have to do that. Plus everyone else at the dealership are professionals and courteous to what ever I needed.

Not sure about these prices. But I guess if you really need a car you got to do what you got to do

The service was outstanding! I appreciate the communication between myself and the service manager. He got me taking care of right away. Everyone was very polite and professional.

I had a very pleasant & positive experience. Jake is awesome! He helped me every step of the way. It was a no pressure environment. This is the place to go for your next vehicle.

They're always super helpful and very kind.the cars are not always the greatest but the people have always been absolutely fantastic.

Great friendly staff, got me in a car fast. If you need a car, and don't have perfect credit, this is the place you want to go.

Amazing staff and great service. The first time I went I couldn't get a car because of a paystub issue but this place is definitely the place to go when you think you dont have an option. They worked with my credit and my down payment and got me in a car that I love. All day spent there was worth it but aye it's a car place.its gonna take forever. 5 stars for the best around here.

My second car from there guys. First was a good experience, however currently a different story. It reviews around the service group. First didn't find the mouse nest (4hr visit) in the cabin filter when I complained about fogging windows with a bad smell. THEY DID GIVE ME A FREE OIL CHANGE FOR MY TROUBLE. Now they failed to schedule the maintenance appointment for me. It will be a long day. THEY GOT ME IN RIGHT AWAY AND INSTALLED A NEW BEARING $25 on warranty

My car that I been financing from them past 6 months. Had crack radiator and water leaking. Had it towed to the dealership.they repaired within 3 days for a charge.it wasn't covered under warranty.
