J.D. Byrider, Pittsburgh PA

This particular JD Byrider is the most unorganized, unprofessional worse customer service I ever experienced. They constantly reschedule my appointments because their staff doesnt come in on time. Im constantly calling asking questions, and NOBODY EVER calls me back. When they do answer my questions, I get 3 different answers from 3 different people. The staff there is clearly uneducated and needs to be taught about customer service. My experience with buying the car was good and my sales rep was also good. But Im suppose to be stuck in a contract for 2 more years and I have to put up with this bull. Save your time and money and sign up at a different location.

Contacted them by phone to discuss finances. Explained financial situation but they assured my boyfriend they could help him. Explained we did not want to make the 22 mile trip for nothing but they said to come up, they would be able to work withhim. Made the trip for nothing, it was a waste of time and gas, a big disappointment!

They tell you it's not based on your credit score that go by your income your budget and find you a vehicle that fit within your range and even States on your literature no social security number required. They ask for your social security number and then they tell you that your credit is strong enough they can't help you. Very poor business practices to bait and switch you once you get in the door. Unethical business and marketing concepts, stay away

The people here were great. They treat you with respect. I needed a car badly as the one I had was fading very fast. With bad credit they were the only ones that would finance me. I am so grateful to them. They even bought my old car as a trade in.

It was a great experience very happy with the car will recommend jake was an awesome sales guy helped us with all questions and he was a pleasure to work with we was very happy to drive our new car off the lot the same day

Everyone there was just fantastic at meeting my needs and getting me into the car that made sense to me. I am a very satisfied customer. I have already recommended them to my friends and family and I will continue to do so.

Really nice and personable just the offices are next to each other so I heard the guy nice to me every word

Customer service is always good at JD Byrider. They always help any way possible. Only downfall is sometimes wait times are longer than we would like, though its worth it for good customer service.

We have went to other car dealers and been rejected, the J. D. Byrider staff was very friendly and worked with us every step of the way. We got a vehicle with great rates that works for us!

Y'all are a horrible company and y'all should not even exist y'all sell vehicles that are over priced I had three vehicles from you guys and all of them where bad first one starting problem second car went with no heat a whole month and a half during the winter with no heat in my car n then the power steering was going out n leaking fluid third car had it for 3 months and the whole engine went in the vehicle. Got it replaced n it still sounded horrible y'all are just a horrible ass company

JD Byrider is a decent place to get a car. The services mechanics are the best at McKnight Rd. That's what I liked is the services I received. But CNAC the financial backer is a trip.

They really got me set up well! I had terrible credit and I never thought I'd be able to afford a new vehicle with how my financial situation was, but they worked with me to make monthly payments that worked by my income, not by what they wanted. The process did take awhile, but that's normal when getting a new vehicle. All the staff members were knowledgeable and friendly, and they worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted! Highly recommend company!

Got my car fixed today they did a good job and calmed me down I have my car for over 2 years and this was the first time anything really went wrong and they did what needed down and I left out a happy camper

Helpful but also quick to change there down payment amount after you have waited a while to talk to someone.
