Jiffy Lube, Allentown PA

I had been neglecting the service of my car but at least knew enough to get the oil changed. I was greeted by the usual good service and politeness of the staff and eventually it was explained to me that my car really needed a lot of front end work and tire/rotor maintenance. Presented with a spread-out schedule, I was able to get the service I needed at a price I could afford. Serviceman William was kind enough to put a whole day's work into my car so that I could drive aware safely with less road noise and a date for further work. On several occasions he quoted prices with lesser options considering he already had the car disassembled. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube on Catasaqua Rd to anyone needing car service.

Had to get my oil changed after 3,000 mi with a full synthetic oil change. Waited for an hour and 45 minutes for and oil change.

Great service. Fast. Helpful. Been going there for years and this was the best visit I've had there.

I went in for just an oil change but they helped me identify another problem I was having with my brakes. William was extremely helpful in explaining my options and keeping me informed about what was going to happen to my car. I will definitely go back here again.

Great experience. Got a full synthetic oil change and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The guys were really nice and super efficient. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Highly reccomend.

Just an easy oil change. I actually get better performance out of the oil they use over the dealership!

This was the greats experience I have experienced since I moved out here in 2006. They did a wonderful job identifying the problem and correcting it. Even tho they didn’t have to. I am filled with so much gratitude, they have a lifer with me.

Well i owe Jiffy Lube an apology i first thought they cracked my bumper, sorry it was my fault the damage was there before i brought it to get the oil changed, they whete very buzy and gave me good service, hafd a mishap with a little spilled oil but other than that it was good thanks and again im sorry for the accusation.

The staff were extremely rude. I called before my arrival and was told one price which was $42.99 for an oil change and once they finished my oil change they charged me $76.06. They charged me for a full car inspection and they also charged me to put air pressure in my tires which was NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. When I asked Gene the man who helped me to repeat the price, he did so in a rude manner. I left very confused and when I read the paper of what he had performed on my car he did things to my car that didn't ask for. I will never go there ever again and for those thinking about trying this place out please don't. Take my word for it, it was a horrible experience.

I came in and they were very busy. The staff were extremely nice and explained everything. As a woman, I always worry they will try to sell me something I don’t need. These guys are honest and explained everything. My car was returned to me cleaner than I left it! Windows sparkles and vacuumed the inside.

My girlfriend took her car here for an oil change and to check the fluids. About a week later her car over heated while driving to work. Come to find out she had no coolant. She then told me the whole time she was there she was being hit on so maybe instead of hitting on your clients, your employees should actually do the job that their clients pay for. We will never be using your services again.

Went for a quick oil change and asked them not to touch anything else, just change the oil. They pulled out my air filters and damaged one in the process, then tried to sell me a new one claiming it was like that. I bought the car less than 6 months ago and know the filters were perfect before this. Never go here.

I had no idea I would be sitting there for almost 2 hours just for an oil change. They also didn't have the kind of oil I actually needed and they couldn't replace one of my lights that was out so I truly have no idea what good they were and I have no intentions of coming back again. Slowest moving auto services I've ever experienced.

Slow slow slow. I just want an oil change. Second try, second dissapointment in service time. They are polite though.

Took my step daughters car in for a basic oil change. When I pulled up I was asked what I needed. I said just an oil change. I was escorted to the waiting room and told someone would be with me shortly. Next am employee came in and said they have an issue. The mileage in the computer is higher then the currant mileage. I was told they did not know what to do. I said it’s simple. Take the old oil out and put new oil in. That’s all I need done. They changed the oil and then gave me a bill for $71 I questioned the bill and I was asked if anyone went over pricing. I told them the only thing said was about the mileage never about pricing. They put in synthetic oil. The employee said the car is set to need an oil change every 5000 miles. I paid and left. The bill said next oil change was in 7500 miles. The window stick says 3500 miles. Such a bad experience. Would never go back or recommend this shop

Came right when it opened so i got in and out quick. Friendly staff. They did try to up-sell the synthetic oil but I just wanted the regular stuff. Would recommend

They are always so friendly here you can use coupons. I feel they are honest & hardworking.

I had such an awesome experience, the service was exceptional. The manager and crew were so friendly.
