Jiffy Lube, Allentown PA

If employees are not willing to go the extra mile of dropping any engine splash shields/skid plates in order to get to your oil pan or filter underneath your vehicle, the top flight employees here will decline to perform an oil change with the excuse that 2 out of 3 total screws are broken off/snapped and last one is so rusted it could break if removed. Hmm last I checked all 7 screws were intact with no rust. Seems they have no idea what they are actually doing? Good knowledgeable folks used to work here but seems they all jumped ship with new management. Never again Jiffy Lube.

Very polite and courteous. Oil change and tire rotation done quickly and efficiently. Great bunch of guys! Even held and opened doors for me, overall great customer experience

I used to go to the jiffy lube on lehigh street in allentown then all the employees had to move over to the shop on catty rd.well.lets just say i moved over with them:) There great towards there customers and I just don't feel that way about the one on lehigh st.anymore -therefor I always go to the one on catty rd.for me its worth the extra gas to drive the few extra miles to Catasauqua Rd Jiffy lube

Waited over an hour for an oil change, next day discover my hood wasn't latched properly. Go to drive home that night and my check engine light is on and my car stalls. My car is brand new, this was the first oil change it got. Turns out, they over filled my oil which caused several issues with my car and damaged my spark plugs. NEVER go here, clearly they can not do their one job properly. I will never be back.
