Service department is the worst I've ever dealt with I've been back for the same issue for my dodge Durango cooling system 4 times and every time they never have any loaners or they make you wait extremely long for a shuttle to ride you home buying my car was extremely pleasant getting it service there is horrible

This was the 3rd dealer I tried buying my Durango from. Other 2 wouldn’t call back or wouldn’t answer all my questions. Called Jim Shorkey and promptly got call back from Roosevelt who was amazing. He took care of everything in a timely manner (even though it took 2 weeks for car to get from Ohio to the dealership on the freight truck but that’s not his fault). Love my new Durango. Service department misdiagnosed problem and recommended replacing parts that were not related problem at all. I spoke to shop foreman, Wes, who took care of the misdiagnosis and waived all charges. Waiting for no crank problem to come back. Had TIPM replaced last year, which I suspect caused this issue.

Monroeville Dodge and Monroeville Chrysler could not give me an appointment for a transmission repair till the end of September. Jim Shorkeys Dodge should have it checked and possibly repaired sometime next week
