I traded in a vehicle purchased at Shorkey and have been trying to get a refund on the warranty from their accounting department for months. I've been ignored, been told the check is in the mail, and now am being told the check needs to be signed by Mr. Shorkey before they can send it. It's a very simple process and can't be much money- it's just been a complete headache. I wouldn't do business here again.

Great experience buying a vehicle from here. I worked with Mitch, talked to him on the phone and told him what I wanted. He had it pulled to the front of the building before I even got there. Quick paperwork and we were on the test drive. Awesome job and will definitely be back!

Also I left my garage door opener in my trade in. He tracked the vehicle down and found it. Follow up call was a great as well. Making sure the vehicle was everything I wanted.

We came to Jim Shorkey shopping for a new Jeep after a total loss accident. Jason Binnie and the rest of the Jim Shorkey team was incredible. They understood our situation, worked with us while waiting for the insurance payout and kept in touch with us every step of the way. We traveled 55 miles to work with a dealership with an incredible inventory, happy employees and an even better experience than you would ever expect from a car dealership.

Purchased my vehicle on memorial day. Long day. Not the dealers fault, there were hundreds of customers taking advantage of the rebates and sales.

Where to start, from driving out there for a car that apparently sold on the hour it took me to get there. Or maybe running my credit for a car already sold. Or it could be that for some reason I still bought one here against my better judgement and then when the paperwork shows up it has the incorrect name so I had to make an additional trip out there. The manager’s response was ‘well it can only go up from here’.

Augustus Marino was such a pleasure to work with and made leasing my Jeep so easy! I will definitely be coming back to Jim Shorkey (North Huntingdon) in the future (and making sure I ask specifically for him!) He not only made leasing my Jeep easy, but also showed me all the ins and outs and helped me feel comfortable with my new Jeep.

I want to thank you jim shorkey you have a great team and iam speeking about lauetta kerber and matthew hilty they are great people they help me get a usad car but to me its a band new car i am so happy when it comes to raises they should be the frist people you look at they are not just sales people they are great people thanks guys love ya.

The first & best experience was in 2010 when looking for a truck. Justin was great, best sales person I ever dealt with. On return in 2012 for New Avenger for GF, got Jesse. Justin was now a sales manager, Jesse was great too, the Avenger has been great, TY.now it's all down hill from there. Jen would not sale me a 3500 Ram, found one else where & got the financing worked out, & still nothing from Jen. Ron Lewis Dodge took care of me. 2018 Challenger 392 or Hellcat. Young kid don't want to sell a car unless it's on the lot, called twice & left messages. No return calls. Ron Lewis again hooked me up. Took 2 weeks to get the car in, but it was what I wanted.

Gave 2nd star cause of the service department has been good on resolving past issues. You have to see them in person, they don't believe in returning phone calls either unless it's to make an appointment.

I'm done with Shorkey on the sales end.

Sorry Justin & Jesse you were both great. Too bad your replacements are not as nearly as good.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Jim Shorkey could not ask for better treatment while buying vehicle. Our salesman Bruce Lowther was awesome! He listened to what kind of a vehicle we were interested in and he certainly delivered. Made the whole process enjoyable and we got our Grand Cherokee. We know that your service department excels since we have dealt with them for years. Five stars to you for your personable employees. We had a great experience with a great dealership.

I have bought three vehicles from two other Jim Shorkey locations and this was by far the worst store I have been to go to The Uniontown or North Hills and you will get great service

Every time I deal with this place it’s a headache. Hope I never have to do much business with them in the future
