Jimmy John's, Cranberry Twp PA

So this was my first time going here. To start me and my fiancé were looking at the menu to see what they have the boy at the counter seemed to be getting annoyed by us taking a minute just so you know we looked at the menu for 1 minute before he got irritated. My fiancé then decided to go up to the counter and picked something so I just said a number the cashier then proceeded to have a attitude. The Sandwich was very dry and we are very disappointed. Needless to say we won’t ever go back to jimmy johns.

Called to order delivery. They stated that they dont service my delivery location (5 miles away) because they only deliver up to 1 and a half miles out. I have never heard of such nonsense. For a company that advertises and offers "freaky fast delivery" to limit their delivery range to a 1.5 mile radius is absolutely ludacris. I won't be spending any money at this location.

Arrived at 5: 40 PM when closing time is set for 6: 00 PM (Friday night). There were two other gentleman in front of me and I was told that the guy in front of me is the last customer so I was turned away.

I gave one star because I was politely asked if I had an online order in which I said that I didn’t and was just ordering one sub. I was still turned away.

Who rejects business when it’s not exactly near closing?

I sure won’t be back and my business there is gone. Condolences to the owner who is losing business far from the actual closing time.

Even when you write out the order yourself and pick it up, they can’t get I right. Twice in a row. Completely wrong sandwich with the wrong toppings. Next just forget items, that you’ve paid for! Terrible, absolutely incompetent!

Quick service, and well made food. There was a customer who came in without a mask, and even though he was insulting, belligerent, and uncooperative, the cashier dealt with him very well.

We used to like to eat at This JJ’s, however, today when we went in, the food was ready and okay, but the boys working were all on phones while sitting on the counters, the tables were dirty, and they were rude. The bathrooms were disgusting and I won’t even go into detail. It was really a disappointment and if I knew who to get ahold of, I would. I would never let my child work in a place like that and be that type of employee and I would never manage a business and let it be ran like that. I really hope they get it under control soon because this used to be a favorite.

That's the only thing I ate that day so I know it made me ill.
I got 3 "likes" for this review and came back to see the new reviews. Many other people continue to get sick from this Jimmy John's. Go here if you like having bad food served by bad folks. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!

They closed an hour early last time I came here (Saturday), no signs or anything. This time I Came Friday night 7/24 at 7: 30 PM. Guy who waited on us was rude. Literally told me “I charged you for an extra bag of chips.so uhh which one ya want” Didn’t apologize, just made it weird. Sat down and exactly 7: 36 he said “we are closing in 5 minutes” So apparently they close at 7: 41 on Friday’s too. 7: 41 ON THE DOT I was eating my sandwich and same guy who waited on us turned all the lights of. This place is a joke and a waste of time.

Mediocre sandwiches and really expensive for what you get. They do hold up to the fast service, the employees were friendly, and observing proper mask and gloves procedures.

I placed an online order for pickup labeled as ASAP, 10mins before walking into the store. When I arrived there were 2 customers in the store already. My order was not ready, which was fine. Another customer came into the store and the finished the first guys order. They the took the order of the 4th person (2 original people, 3rd is me, 4th is the new person after myself). Than they complete the 4th persons order instead of the 2nd customers order or my own order. This happened another time and finally the worker asked the 2nd customer what he ordered and proceeded to make that order. They took the order of 2 more customers and made them immediately. I finally asked the guy if he had my order in the back? I thought maybe with COVID might be kept in the back so people don’t touch it. He told me disinterested that he was getting to it soon.

Very poor service from a great store. I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry for the wait Sir” what I did get was “here you go” as he dropped the bag of food into my hands.

I am an employee of the local Emergency Department. We ordered delivery from there and were told they did not feel comfortable delivering to us. We offered to meet them in the parking lot and were told no. We will not be ordering from there again. Jimmy John's was a favorite here and we ordered delivery from there ALOT.

I ordered the VITO 16 inch hoagie on french bread and it was awesome! It's the first time I've been at this location! I will try to come back as I was very happy with the food

It's not that hard to make a sandwich per the order. No oregon, no oil.what's it swimming in oil with oregon.

Well, they seem nice. But hire people who can actually do their job and or learn to schedule dependable employees to deliver.

Awesome place! My husband, his service dog and I loved it there! They have a kind and respectful team!

Food tasted ok. Better than Subway, but not as good as DiBella's. Very pricey for what you get. Very small sub for $7... And you don't get a drink, chips, etc.for that.

Showed up, they were out of bread!? All types of bread. So i figured that we would just do the lettuce wraps. They only had one left. My wife ate. I left hungry. I Will never go back.

Haven't had JJ since college! Food still tastes amazing, store is very clean, and staff is incredibly friendly! Definitely recommend this place, also Military friendly.

Really is the fastest sub place. They'll have your sandwich for you before your even done ordering. Great food.

Love the subs and the fast service. Always a quick in and out place to go. People are typically friendly and understand if you need to substitute ingredients.
