Jimmy John's reviews
30Worked there for a couple of months. The owner is cheap slime pay your employees better.maybe you'll keep good workers if you do!
I'm honestly only giving the 3 stars because a single bad experience shouldn't ruin it forever. But I probably won't be back anytime soon.
If you want what you ordered don't go for lunch on a saturday. I waited 10 minutes for a pre ordered sandwich and what I received was comparable to what my 9 yr old would make. After 3 bites of only bread, lettuce and tomato, I finally reached my tuna only to be assaulted by a mouthful of onion so strong it was like I was cutting them myself. Sure, there was maybe half and half on the tuna to onion ratio, but still, holy onion. If there was any celery, it was miniscule and overpowered by the onion. I also didn't get the cucumbers that literally changed the way I eat tuna forever. (Seriously my first sub from here was absolutely amazing.) Then, the second half of my sub only had a layer of the tuna (and thankfully less onion) thinner than the tomatoes on it. I was so severely disappointed with this visit and a half an hour later I still feel like I was cutting onions.
I have ordered delivery a handful of times over the past few months and 2 times my food and delivery driver REEKED of cigarette smoke. I took two bites of my sandwich and threw it away. Maybe if I was a smoker I wouldn't mind but that is disgusting to me.
The greatest subs I have ever had are at Jimmy John's. Very fast service and great staff. I eat here as much as I can.
We used to love this place. Unfortunately, our opinion has changed. We order delivery online. Our special requests (no mustard, cut in half, etc.) were all mixed up between the two subs. I know this wasn't a communication issue since it was literally spelled out. Don't get the pickles. Last time I did something was really off about it. Their delivery is not "freaky fast" as of recently.
I told the guy who made my sub the amount of meat was a joke. He said that it was set as a corporate standard. I told him that doesnt help I wont be back.
I ordered a sandwich and they put approximately what I asked for into a bread roll and gave it to me. Not a very good story but it was a very good sandwich.
Fresh food and ingredients. Staff is friendly and gracious. Sandwiches are made very quickly. Jimmy John's has a great reputation in my book for their consistent quality and attitude
Cheap fresh subs always puts to much mayo on my sub there delivery service is nice wish they would let you know when driver is on his way.
Smelled like a backed up sewer when I went in. I understand that was probably a temporary issue, but they also messed up my sandwiches too. Asked for no mayo or Italian dressing.but they did add the hot peppers I asked for? Selective hearing? Anyways, sandwiches were fine otherwise. Jimmy Johns is my jam! I love Jimmy Johns, this location was dissapointing on this occasion.
