Store is clean & has a good product line. Store looks old school but don't let that fool you

Large selection 4 pack flowers 4/$5 some bigger pots of herbs & flowers $8 and a small but nice selection of indoor plants (inside Karns) only $4 including Pothos, Ivy & Aloe. The 4 was only because they were out of the 1 item I went for, their store made shoefly whoopie pie. Reccomend them and this Hershey location of Karns

All Grocery Stores Should be like KARNS.

We love their fried chicken especially legs and thighs. We get macaroni salad and coleslaw to go with the chicken. Today my husband bought fruit salad that they make themselves and it was outstanding!

Really the only reason to go here is the meat department and possibly some of the homemade items in the deli. Their meat department often has butcher-quality cuts for less than competitors. They have better meat quality than giant (mostly vacuum packed these days), weis, walmart, etc. About equivalent to stauffers but cheaper. Try their many flavors of homemade sausage. Chicken cheese steak being one of my favs but any of the flavors there are delicious. If you like meat, go here for good quality and price. They'll even cut whole cuts down for free! Enjoy!

My wife called in a lobster order for today and I heard her call it in. We went at 12: 30 to pick 3 up. They had no record of our order. This the 2nd time this happened. We where told they have more coming in any minute. We ordered 3 to pick up at 4 p.m. All went well this time. The Lady in front of me ordered 6 on line and they had no record of her order either. Something is wrong here.

The seafood department is wonderful. Always fresh and lots of variety you can't find at other grocery stores. The employees behind the seafood counter are very knowledgeable.

Unusual hot & cold deli items available, sushi, as well as a variety of homemade soups and chicken pot pie. This is my favorite grocery store in the Hershey area!

Enjoy prepared meals and fresh fruits and vegetables. Also can't beat their meats and seafood selections.

The people who work there are super friendly and helpful. There is both local and organic produce. The meat section is great and they frequently have great specials on steaks and/ or meat packs and sometimes really inexpensive lobster, which they will cook for you at a modest surcharge. Fish is good and bakery is excellent- especially the whole wheat bread which they will slice for you if you ask. The fresh flowers and arrangements are also beautiful and made with love. There is frequently excellent music piped in and I’ve found myself dancing in the frozen food section. It’s locally owned and worth supporting. It does look a little dated, but it’s part of its charm.

Can't beat their meat prices or the quality of their meats. They sell unusual items as well that other grocers don't carry. I primarily shop here for all my meats

Karns has great produce and a really awesome salad bar. Of course people say it's great for meats but I am vegetarian. It's a very nice, clean store. I feel it's a bit pricey and only buy certain items there.

Kearns has a great variety. I can find things here that I don't see in other places. Some of their prices are a little high. But it is worth the visit.

Very friendly staffs, fresh meat and veges from local everyday! Plus, easy to redeem the points!

Very nice store. Lots of choices. Wonderful meat counter with very knowledgeable and helpful butchers. Very fresh meat, lunchables, deli and seafood; well stocked Wine Cellar and snack items. The gentleman, Joe took out our groceries. He was a delight. Very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. A real asset to the company.

Surprised to see somewhere more expensive than Giant. Deli and Cafe areas seem nice however produce was very lacking. A lot of elderly people hating on your existence if you shop here as I received many disturbed looks simply over my presence and young age.

Store was well staffed for a Saturday. We were taken care of at the deli counter and front checkout IMMEDIATELY. Produce looked really good. Everything is well organized and easy to locate. They also have a lot of good brands and choices for items you can't find other places. Definitely a good place to shop.

Good prices and good food clean store and nice customer service this place is huge and they got all kinds of wonderful things. This was my first time here I really enjoyed it!

Very convenient liquor and wine store in this store run all my errands in one place! Very impressed with the meat selection as well.

Not as large of a selection as Giant or Walmart, but still great with some locally sourced products for dairy. They also have a large deli and sit down area that is great for lunch. Very clean and organized and not cramped as I have seen with other Karns stores.
