34Been going here for a couple years. Average $150 a week. The main thing I enjoyed about this store was the butcher. I went Sunday and got a dozen wings. I smelled something funky and didn’t even think of it. Went to make them Monday (less then 24 hours) and i gagged at the smell and almost threw up. I called store and the lady said to bring them in and will give refund. I went in and the very strange and awkward manager wouldn’t give me my money back. Keep in mind this store tags the bags of meat when you buy it with a date and time with the karns logo. Absolutely disgusting customer service will never go again. My family could have gotten very sick. NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE.
Karns always has a good deal on Meats and Seafood. I did get some turkey sausage for $0.99 a pound today.manager's special
Usually they have great meat sales. And buy 1 get 3 free sales on breads and other items. Kinda far from my house so I don't go as often.
Good place to grab a quick bite if you're at Hershey Med Center. Hot and sandwiches sandwiches, several soups and hot fried food also. Nothing outstanding just good standard fare
A great place to shop clean courteous and friendly people and they have more in that store than adequate everything is fresh

The Hershey Karns is the best shopping experience I've had in this area. Clean, quiet, and very helpful staff.
Love it here! I don't get starred at for wearing decent clothing and having clean hair (unlike some other places I've been to in the area - no joke tho). I feel at home here! I don't like their pricing system tho, it's confusing when the big number under an item is your savings, not the price.
Nice Store, clean, with wide aisles and a GREAT selection of products, deli and hit food items.
I go to Karnes when I need meat. I shop the rest elsewhere because Karnes is higher and they don't stock everything I need.
I always have a great experience at Karns in Hershey. The people are courteous and professional and the products are stellar.
Best butcher shop and meat prices around! We buy or meat from karn's ONLY. The store is dated, but don't let the looks fool you. Or biggest complaint is some of their staff. On this visit our butcher shop clerk was an ass. He tried to rush us, and mentioned he was soon done with his shift. He didn't have his name tag visible. The cashier tonight (Willy) was beyond rude, also having shift issues.
Best meat department ever. Tim and his team at Hershey location always go out of there way and provide the best customer service!
I stop for lunch intead of fast food but the food bar been going downhill lately.chickens well overdone prices are really high 8.00 for beefstew mostly potatoes and carrots med size bowl and 3.00 for 6 chick nuggets that was supposed to be 1/2 pound.check out very slow takes longer to checkout then to be served.was better few yrs ago but going down lately.
