They took great care of my truck that I had purchased from them and they fixed it because of the warranty that I have with it and they are a great in doing so. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Was greeted by a very friendly sales man, CJ he brought the car indoors for us upon request due to rain and it being night time. We looked over the vehicle and it definitely had some flaws. Scratches, dings, rust. CJ let us hook our scanner up to it which was great so that we could see any codes or other problems. Definitely flaws but it’s a nice car overall and the price was reasonable. Negotiable but reasonable. We then took the car on a test drive and upon return we requested the vehicle to be put on a lift for assurance. They said they don’t normally do that but they did for us. And then it began. Being an Auto Mechanic myself I had to instruct the manger how to use his lift.and then once it was up we weren’t allowed under it because he didn’t know how to turn on the safety lock. Looking under we saw rust. Most definitely some rust. However still a decent car. So then after it was put down the negotiations began. We wanted to a trade in and told them we needed a $1,500 different between vehicles. The vehicles are the same year and 40,000 miles apart. But we lowballed expecting a closer reasonable offer. They told us 10 minutes and then 35 minutes later we got our estimate.obviously there trying to make quite a bit of money and don’t really care about the customers that much. The offer was about $4,000 below blue book. $4,000.and a $6,000 difference instead of a $1,500! Why even waste our time? They listed the vehicle as “Fair Condition” however the interior and exterior condition is actually better then the one we were trying to purchase. An absolute waste of time. We drove over an hour. And though I highly recommend our Salesman CJ this place is a joke.don’t waste your time. On the bright side we had a good time watching the game and drinking the free water on the excessively long wait. But that’s it 1 of 5 stars for sure

Excellent service staff, my vehicle was completed on time with the exact repairs I needed before my big weekend getaway. The staff was very professional and extremely nice. I would recommend this Ford dealer over any others in the area!

Was in a car accident that totaled my 18 Elantra in Sept 19. Kenny Ross was the service center near me so that's where my Elantra ended up so I decided to give them a try on a replacing the totaled vehicle. Like alot of us, my credit wasn't great, honestly it was poor. But our income was above 5k/month. The finance manager said there was nothing they could do for me in terms of securing a loan. I realize my first mistake was not securing finance first. Instead, they were pushing me to lease a vehicle from them, through the company I work for, something I didn't want to do. I have a family and we need a personal long term vehicle.

The finance manager kept trying to explain why they couldn't get me a loan and why a lease was my best option, to which I disagreed. I explained that from what I understood, he was incorrect about the reasons he couldn't get me a loan. He became frustrated and the call escalated. I hung up and called another manager, informed them of the call and how unprofessional that manager was.

We then went to #Cochran, the next day I was driving a 2017 Ford escape titanium, fully loaded, low mileage.

Take your business elsewhere.

I had an awesome experience with Kenny Ross Ford in Adamsburg Pa.
Mike Kiger, the salesman who took care of me, was very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable despite the circumstances of having to buy another car due to an accident that I had recently. I am also thankful for Bill, the Manager, who took time personally to answer any questions that I had. I would also like to thank Jim in the Finance department for explaining all the details about the warranties that the dealership offers. I was very pleased with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Thank you for making this a good experience for me!

Getting spark plugs replaced should not cost 925$$ and yes that is nine hundred. You think a phone call would be in order. How about a PHONE CALL. To replace these spark plugs, it is going to cost 925$$ Do you want us to continue? Unbelievable. Will NEVER purchase anything from Kenny Ross again!

Air conditioning is complicated and dealers are expensive. That's what we expect, however, when I took my car to get the air conditioner repaired, it was complicated but the cost was amazingly reasonable. Thank you Kenny Ross!

We have bought 9 vehicles, my daughter bought there and a friend of mine did too over the last 23 years. My last vehicle had some issues and I was treated terribly. It took 7 months to convince them to rebalance the tires. That fixed the vibration. DUH! Needless to say I took my business somewhere else last week. They received a 1 star because I needed to put something down so I could comment on this site.

They were great I had a problem with my vehicle overheating. It was the day before the 4th of July we were suppose to leave at 5 am the next morning to drive to the beach. There were no rental cars available anywhere. The service department gave me a loaner car to go on vacation with!

Total waste of time. My husband and I drove two hours to see a particular vehicle. It was unavailable to see because it was getting work done. Sales man said he would be in touch to let us know when we could see it. We tried to call several times so we could arrange a time to test drive. When we finally got a call back, we were informed that the vehicle had been sold. Very glad we decided to buy from another local dealership. Highly disappointed with service.

Went to look at a work truck for my husband. Everything was going fine until numbers started getting thrown around. Salesman said "Can't you just borrow some money from someone? Grandma maybe? " Because we were going to finance instead of "writing a check". I feel like that's not a good way to make a sale and was insulted by the assumption.

Excellent service department. I don’t know if it matters that I purchased my truck at that particular dealer or not, but I have been treated very well.courteous and responsive staff at quick lane and regular service department. Thanks KRF!

After agreeing to a deal over the phone for a used truck, we drove 3 hours to find out they sold it to someone else. Of course the manager, Johnny, we dealt with over the phone had to leave before we found out it was already sold.

Bait and switch specialists. I called to verify an online price and they waited until I got there to tell me the price in the ad was a typo, even though when I was on the phone I pointed out the option package, and spent the whole call trying to convince them it wasn't accurate. They told me I was being unreasonable for expecting them to honor their advertised price.

I'm going to try and make this short. My car went the collision shop to get repaired after an accident caused by another driver. The other driver's insurance recommended the collision shop at Kenny Ross for the repairs. I had my car towed there. A couple days later, I received a call about the total cost of the repairs, was informed of a timeline for how long it would take. About 3 days before the day I was told for pickup, I received a call the the engine cradle on my car was rusted out and needed replaced. They told me I could come and look at it before I gave the go ahead for the replacement. It was definitely in need of repair, so I had them do it. It added a few more days on, which was not a big deal. Once finished I received a call that my car was done. Had my mom come with me to drive my car and follow me to return the rental car. I got in to drive and seemed ok. I needed to get to Children's Hospital to visit my nephew having surgery, halfway there on the Parkway my car starts making what I would describe as a rubbing noise. The check engine light had also popped on. The rubbing noise stayed about the same. After we finished our visit, while we were headed home, the noise was getting worse. To the point of it becoming a thumping noise. I could feel something under my feet as the noise continued. I waited until after the weekend to call and arrange for it to be looked at. Not driving it until I took it back over to Kenny Ross. My mom dropped it off for me, as I was at work. I received a call the next day they had found nothing wrong with my car that would be causing the noise and thumping. They were able to get the check engine light off. When I went in to pick it up, I asked to speak with the gentleman that worked on the car. Justin came out to explain to me that the noise was coming from either or both the strut plates and engine mounts wearing. I'll be honest, I don't know anything about cars, but I knew something was wrong. My car never made that noise before the accident and I highly doubt it just started wearing the 2 weeks it sat in their garage. I took it to a small shop, recommended by a relative and within the hour of me dropping it off he sent a video of my axle being maneuvered. My axle was broken. The exact spot where all the damage from the accident was. He was able to repair it the same day. The noise stopped. I am extremely upset that I was dismissed so easily. I am upset that I was told my car was completely safe to drive. I am upset that something as important as the axle was missed. I will never bring my car to a Kenny Ross location again. I will be contacting the other driver's insurance company to let them know what I had to deal with so no one else has to go through all of this.

I went to get my door panels on my explorer fixed. It was a recall. They stapled them. This is how Ford told them to fix the problem. The staples were clearly visible as they were not flush and sticking out at odd angles. I have a small child and this was a hazard not to mention it looked ridiculous and messy. They also ripped the fabric they were supposed to fix. After I complained a d showed them the atrocious job they did they contacted Ford and ordered me new ones, which was of course another trip there and a few more hours of waiting.
